I'd say it's more exciting, because we get it earlier in the week! Excitement is contagious and I haven't felt excited about the Hot 100 since before the change. This is why the Hot 100 should come out on Fridays and not wait so long for the airplay tracking. They should have made airplay Thursday to Wednesday if that were the case. |

I've lost interest in the Hot 100 more because of the overall slowness of it (every song spending 10+ weeks at #1 is hardly exciting to me) and losing interest in current pop music in general. But I've been that way since 2013.  |

If I'm understanding this correctly, this way the last day to track stats is on Thursday and everything comes out on Friday, right? Also, if this was the way it was, the chart released tomorrow would be dated 10/10/15 instead of 10/17/15, correct? |

I haven't lost interest in the charts, but I am caring less for the top 10. I dislike the majority of the top 10 and almost all of the #1 songs this year. And I completely forget about the change most weeks. Before on Monday I knew we got the radio highlights, Tuesday adds date and sometimes Spotify/YouTube, Wednesday top 10 and Thursday full thing. I used spend the week building up to it and it sped the week up. Now, I come out of school on a Monday and go "oh, top 10 today"
