Awesome chart as always!! And yay, you know Who Is Fancy - Goodbye as well! I remember hearing it a bit on SiriusXM back in 2015 and man did hearing it on your vid gave me memories of that awesome year... and you know how much 2015 was great for me lol. Sadly, I think it just missed my top 200 all time a while ago... it finished somewhere in the 200s... (don't have the exact data because I'm on my phone lol) Also yay at both COTH and SOY getting to hit the #1 position! And hopefully Rockabye won't end up getting blocked at #2... And yay at Say You Won't Let Go and Heavydirtusoul near the top as well!! Also yay for gains by I Got You, Issues, and Down!! and I love that new Linkin Park and Kiiara song as well!! RIP Starboy's run in the top 10... at least it made 20 weeks in the top 10 Unlike how it got robbed on Billboard lol and if you feel a bit worn out, feel free to take a break from personal charting. remember it should always be for fun and it's never good if it becomes more of an obligation... :) I totally understand where you are at and that's why I haven't participated in many Pulse threads outside of personal charts and the hot 100 YE predictions. Good luck with everything

WEEK 8 (02/25/2017)A successful full review two weeks in a row! This week brings an impressive two debuts in the top quarter of the chart, as well as the continued domination of Ed Sheeran. With all the performances he’s currently doing, there’s really no way he’s going down soon. Also, hopefully I can get to updating my year-end predictions soon. Billboard’s articles provided a lot more data this week so I think I can get a better understanding of the confusing new stuff. TOP 50 VIDEO:OVERVIEW:- Ed Sheeran’s Shape Of You remains at the summit another week, its points are essentially even from last week’s. As mentioned his recent performances, including the one with Stormzy, allow the song to continue dominating. Additionally, Castle On The Hill benefits from these boosts rebounding 3-2 with a 14% gain; Ed Sheeran holds Ed Sheeran off by 17% currently.
- Lana Del Rey’s new single Love has a huge debut at #3, which is easily her greatest hit on the chart. Her previous highest, High By The Beach just missed out on the top 40. The Hot Shot Debut can be attributed to the MV’s concurrent release, as well as my constant listening of her catalog throughout this week. It probably won’t reach #1 but we’ll see. This week I really discovered I loved her music a lot more than previously, and I’m guessing that’s due to my mercurial shifts in favored music genres.
- 21P’s Heavydirtysoul ascends 6-5, claiming the duo’s fourth top 5 hit. However, it is definitely slowing down and unless the song actually gets bigger in popularity I doubt it’ll reach the summit.
- Cage The Elephant’s Cold Cold Cold moves up one more slot to #9 this week. Not really much to say there, though. On the other hand, Depeche Mode attain the greatest gaining song of the week with Where’s The Revolution, which ascends 19-10. That song is sure still growing on me.
- Young The Giant reach the top 20 a second time with Silvertongue this week. Moving up 22-18, there is a great possibility it will surpass Something To Believe In’s #14 peak. This song sure took a lot of getting used to, hence its extensive exit after its first week and the sudden explosion it has recently seen.
- The Chainsmokers and Coldplay both achieve their highest debut with Something Just Like This at #24. I really don’t know what to think about this; I love Chris Martin’s vocals (although they’re a slight bit more bland than their oher songs) and the background’s buildup. However, the “drop” is kinda just boring and I do see the Roses comparisons, but even Roses had a more exciting “drop.” The performance they had also helped this reach such a high position in its first week, despite its issues. On a related topic, this is only Coldplay’s highest debut since Adventure Of A Lifetime and Hymn For The Weekend both debuted the day after their Friday release.
- Somebody Else continues to grow very quickly on me somehow. It sounds so good now lol! I never expected it to reach my chart again.
- For LINKIN PARK’s Heavy, I’ve just decided to look past the disappointment at them going pop now and tried seeing the single from a more overall, objective position lol. But, anyway it is a really good pop song, thereby prompting its move as 3rd greatest gainer for the week.
- 2 more debuts to discuss this week: Stay and Shining. I was really excited for Zedd & Alessia Cara’s collaboration and it does sound pretty good. However, I feel like it suffers from the same issues Something Just Like This does. Not sure what happened to my observing this week, but the “drops” are just so bland and boring. The rest is decent though. I only got to listen to Shining on the end of the week but it does seem to have massive growing potential. I’m really impressed by Beyonce’s distinct part in this one. I know I’m definitely not in the majority here, but I don’t really see her work in Lemonade as too interesting.

I'm glad "Hypnotised" is higher than "Something Just like This". I can't get into that one at all.
