Nah. Joker 2 will have its own soundtrack. The lead single (if there is one) will either come out a week before the film premieres, like Shallow, or it will come out along with the film.

So I was listening to Chromatica for the first time in a bit and through Apple Music. I was noticing some subtle changes in the mixing, though I wasn't sure if it was because my headphones have been messing up lately (loose connection near the plug end of the wire... stupid Apple). Anyway, at the end of "Plastic Doll," I noticed some extra runs and ad libs that I don't remember being there before. It was never a favourite of mine so maybe it sounded new to me - or maybe the album was mixed for Apple Music (or all streaming) with some other differences. Anyone else notice it?

You know what I just wondered. Why is it that no one ever considers LG the "modern Michael Jackson" or closest figure to an artist of his caliber? They have given that distinction and compliment to Beyonce (who don't get me wrong, is incredible, and I have even said it before), but Gaga is even closer. She can sing her face off, dance her azz off, is an incredible actress, writes all her own music, produces her own music a lot of times, delivers iconic imagery/videos, and plays multiple instruments? She is the most well-rounded artist in the truest sense of the term in the industry today. It's not about needing to be compared, or that she doesn't hold her own individually, just in terms of people respecting talent on that level and scale. Just food for thought.

Gaga has always been undervalued and underappreciated. The Artpop/joanne years didn’t exactly help her but she has shown many times in many ways her abilities and capabilities as an artist. There have been times where it seems like she gets her dues but then other times where it feels like she’s just not part of the conversation. Could she be doing more to help her case? Maybe. I’d be apt to blame her focus on makeup in recent years tbh lmao but idk, it is weird for her to have been so massive and been so capable of succeeding across so many avenues yet seemingly not being considered one of the major players in a legacy/longer term sense.

had she focused on her pop career 100%, she would be considered even bigger music icon now, but I have always rooted for her different paths even not so keen on the make-up business. But she has always done what is important to her - fashion, make up, pop, jazz, movies - nobody is exploring the different INDUSTRIES and ART FORMS like her.

Even 'House of Gucci' which wasn't a super successful movie on box office itself, was a triumph for her as an actress. She was such a joy to watch in it. And hadn't she been on ASIB, we wouldn't have Shallow, her biggest chart hit.

Gaga was actually smart to drift away from Pop music after ARTPOP because 1) it gave her a chance to explore a new sound and give a different vision of her as an artist; 2) it took the pressure off of her in terms of chart performance; 3) she came back stronger imo with both ASIB, her movie ventures and even Chromatica in terms of public perception.
