I myself do not care where Dua vacations as long as she is being safe about it, but I know I don't speak for everyone, and I think that if she (and/or whoever her social media manger is) actually bothered to glance at the comments every once in a while they would have seen the blowback she got the first time and wouldn't have uploaded this second batch of pictures. Now she's coming off as insensitive when she's probably just unaware. Dua is typically receptive to feedback, whether positive or negative, so this stands out as an unusual PR gaffe for her. And it's such an easily avoidable one. |

I was talking about this the other day as well yes!! sis is on her own little world where people every day just shove 20m streams down her purse every single day. obviously I dont want her back on twitter as it was hurting her mental health, but she was truly more down to earth until mid 2020.. even in the first weeks of lockdown she only stepped outside in like June or sumn |

Her travels don’t really bother me, personally. It’s not really that different than in normal times. The rich have the capabilities to do things that the rest of us can’t, and that’s just the way it’s always been. The pandemic is just making it more noticeable. Agree that she shouldn’t post about it though.

Like, she could have just done one photo dump on the same day and we all would have forgotten about it by now, but we've gotten three consecutive days of this...her team is clearly spacing them out as strategic online content and the cluelessness in that decision is honestly becoming a bit comical to me. I saw one critical comment on her Insta feed but IG is almost never as negative as Twitter and it's kind of set up for celebs to make it easy to bury the negative, so on the one platform she probably does look at, that criticism looks like an outlier. |

All the (English) comments say "slay queen beautiful gorgeous yass".Are you looking at her most recent post? To be fair I didn't look at the comments under that one (and that one has a lot more likes so it may not have as much negative under it). Her post from the 12th does have several negative comments under it. I would say 'backlash' kind of mildly because it's not like it's reached the point where people are trying to cancel her, but they are definitely calling her out on it. |
