There's probably a good reason why Drake is uncredited (probably wants to relatively dissappear from the charts for a bit before whatever he's already recording comes out? Travis wanted a "solo" hit?). At this point IMO it would feel much cheaper to include him (or Swae Lee).

Frank Ocean, 21 Savage, Juice WRLD, Takeoff, Sheck Wes, Kid Cudi, Quavo, and more also have uncredited features on the album. Kendrick was also uncredited on his 'goosebumps' single from his 2016 album despite guest vocals.

Maybe there's a creative or personal reason behind that (not crediting your featured artists), but it doesn't sit well with me. It strikes me as a tad misogynistic how Meat Loaf would never credit his female duet partners, even Cher - CHER! This is obviously not the same, but reminiscent of that.

Seeing as all the artists on ASTROWORLD are now credited on iTunes, maybe other platforms will follow soon? We'll have to wait and see if Billboard acknowledges it on the chart on Monday. It just feels silly to me that he waited this long to do it when it could have been done MONTHS ago.

Misogynistic literally means "woman hating", perhaps you mean sexist? Anyway, it was common in the "older" days for well known artists to sing on other well known artists tracks and never receive any credit for it on the actual record. Examples include Mick Jagger on Carly Simon's "You're So Vain"; John Lennon on David Bowie's "Fame"; Elton John on "Neil Sedeka's "Bad Blood". It was a common practice and nobody had any problem with it. As for Meat Loaf, perhaps some of his duet partners were female studio singers? They weren't usually credited on older recordings either, although they were paid for their time.

Re: the Travis Scott crediting question, back in 2001 Jennifer Lopez released a solo upbeat pop based song called "I'm Real" which charted for several weeks before a totally different 'remix' featuring Ja Rule started gaining airplay and finally got the song to #1. The Ja Rule version was not credited the first 9 weeks, but retroactively it has been (despite not even existing during the initial few weeks).

Anyone know if Ariana's new single has a chance of debuting at #1 or is it too early to be asking?

Rihanna blessed him with his first two number ones (What's My Name and Work), don't get too cocky They wouldn't of went number one without Drake What's with the micro-aggression towards Rihanna and the status of her number one singles all of a sudden? In the U.S, she has 12 #1 singles without Drake as well as 50 weeks at #1 without him and completely obliterates any close competition on an international chart scale. Her placement as the Greatest hitmaker of the past 25 years has absolutely no bearing because of him, the same way Drake's first 10 weeks at #1 on the Hot 100 no longer has bearing because of Rihanna in the grand scheme of things when he has 4 other number ones without her. It's nice that Mr. Graham is now scoring back-to-back number ones in the Streaming era (which favours Rap/Hip-Hop so much) because he surely COULD NOT do it when the Digital era was at its peak and when airplay stil ranked high in the chart formula.

I might be wrong, but I believe @drakeisskinny was just joking. Some Rihanna fans still throw it in Drake's face that she's the only reason he blew up internationally and she made him because she gave him his first two #1's. I never see it being said here, but I see it everywhere else. Rihanna is Rihanna without Drake and Drake is Drake without Rihanna, let's just leave it at that.

Anyone know if Ariana's new single has a chance of debuting at #1 or is it too early to be asking? I'm almost certain it's not debuting anywhere close to #1. If it maintains its top three hold on Spotify throughout the week then it could, possibly, debut in the top 10-15 but even that I doubt. We'll have to see how sales hold up also.

Would also be nice if she scored a top 10 now because I don't think the charts will be this weak when the new year comes.
