I'm not sure about a HQ live version.  I do have Taylor's original studio demo of the song, but I'm not allowed to share it.  I'm not aware of anybody else outside of the industry that has it.  But I can confirm that it exists and perhaps Taylor will put it out at some point.  This is what I have written about it: "Taylor's studio version is much more guitar-driven with continuous hooks and lead riffs. Her vocals have strong emotional depth and convey feelings of sadness and wishing things had turned out better."

Just letting everyone know that Taylor fully recorded in studio two additional songs for Lover entitled "All of the Girls" and "Need" which did not end up getting released. I'm not sure if she's saving them for something or if they just didn't make the cut.

The "Lover" era needs to finally end once and for all. It's not fun anymore and any chance of milking out any future singles will just backfire like "The Man". If anything, she needs to just release "London Boy" as the European single since its conspicuously targeted to their markets. "ME!" was a fun opener to the era, but now the era is DEAD and Taylor is trying her best to keep it breathing but its just not....IT.

I disagree. If anything, it would be best if Taylor pushed a remix of Cruel Summer either in late April or early May and follow that up with the release of a deluxe edition and push one or two singles off of that, because I doubt she'd want to disappear for a year or longer until TS8. That'd only lead to her having less momentum to start off her next era with.
