Now that Bad Guy finally got the #1, I really hope Señorita is next, followed by Truth Hurts. It would be awesome to see 3 artists get their first #1s 3 weeks in a row, especially coming off of a 19 week #1.

Shallow - Bradley Cooper's first number one
Sucker - Jonas Brothers first number one
Old Town Road - Lil Nas X and Billy Ray first number one
Bad Guy - Billie Eilish first number one.
The longest streak as of recently was from Cheap Thrills to Shape Of You (6 songs) where the likes of the Chainsmokers, Halsey, Kendrick Lamar, Ed Sheeran, Migos and Daft Punk recieved their number ones for the first time!

It's pretty obvious that Señorita has this week on lock. It is growing in radio, while BG is decreasing. Plus it's selling more. This past week it was THIS close between them. What's really interesting is next week. Who is going to get the VMA´s push more, Señorita of Truth Hurts? Probably Taylor |

Yeah Love Lies and Dancing with a Stranger alone are more than enough reason to pay attention. Her stage presence is insanely good. Both of those songs were duets, though, so not necessarily indicative of her as a solo artist. I do agree she has good stage presence; she caught my attention on the BMAs. I've just seen a lot of social media hype from other artists comparing her to Beyonce, using words like epic and legendary, talking of her as a "triple threat," and so on. It just seems premature when she hasn't even had a solo hit yet. |
