Wow. Pop Smoke is stable and strong on Apple Music two weeks after his album. Juice WRLD is starting to drop significantly on Apple Music as other songs are starting to rise. In addition to that, JhenΓ© Aiko releases the deluxe version of her album tomorrow with 9 new songs featuring Kehlani, Snoop Dogg, Chris Brown and Wiz Khalifa. I expect some older songs to get a boost as well. Joey Badass has a 3-song EP out tomorrow. Tinashe, Doja Cat and Drake have singles out tomorrow. Ellie Goulding drops an album tomorrow as well. A pretty busy week coming up.

Agree, Toosie Slide was super strong for that week (still wondering where those huge Pandora numbers came from though compared to all other songs in the history of chart lol) Drake is the most streamed artist ever on Pandora with a wide gap between him and the second most streamed artist. His songs on always do well on Pandora. Toosie Slide had a particular massive debut week on Pandora because it was heavily promoted on the platform the week it dropped.

What's Poppin is advertised in my country on Spotify so I guess that can explain its hefty rise a bit here too. It is still #3 though and the gap to Juice WRLD is pretty remarkable.

Glad Dua had made it to the top 5 on radio with BMH. Tommorow or Saturday Watermelon Sugar should be in the top 10.

Oh shit, didn't even realize BMH broke into the Top 5 on radio. Now for it to break into the Top 10!
Also, not counting the intro, outro and interlude, will all Juice WRLD songs break into the Top 40? After Hours nearly had all songs in the Top 40 and it wasn't as strong as LND

I forget the exact specifics but Hotline Bling actually SHOULD have gotten a week at #1. The week the video came out, which obviously had massive hype and views, there was an Apple exclusive streaming deal or something like that and the views weren't reported so they weren't factored into that week's chart. As I recall it was sitting at #2 and had the video views been counted, it would absolutely have been #1. It's not Billboard's fault if the numbers aren't reported, but that's one case where a song literally deserved number one and didn't get it. Does anyone remember the details? iHype.? thegreatdivine? 1. Hello was a very strong #1 2. Streaming wasnβt as prominent in 2015 as it is now 3. The Week Toosie Slide went #1, the #1 was weak af. It has nothing to do with Hello being a strong number one. The Hotline Bling video was released in mid October, so the week it would have taken number one was during The Hills' final weeks on top (before Hello was even released). The two songs were very close by then, and the insane numbers for the Hotline Bling video (remember all the memes?) would easily have pushed it over the top had they been reported and counted.

Funny at u said for her new single. Its not the same for savage. It could have crash on radio real soon like Roxanne, box, heartless, tootsie slide. Could heavily affect performance on hot 100. 4(-1) Megan Thee Stallion - Savage Remix (feat. BeyoncΓ©) 102.50(-1.54)

Come and Go sounds like what rap/pop hybrid will be in general in next 6 months. The drop with guitars is hilariously bad but otherwise it flows quite nicely.

Yea that sound is not new at all but I think as more uptempo songs become hit, rappers will incorporate pop more into their sound again.

Iβve seen best i ever had on both so far gone and thank me later, but as a bonus track on some special edition It will be the first time since then that drake would put a song on 2 projects And I'm telling you that he won't be doing that. Toosie Slide was for Dark Lane Demo Tapes, not his album. Awfully defensive for someone who isnβt Drake or someone on his team π€

This is an odd take coming from HDD. I was sure they would be happy with Billboard's new bundle rules but then again, they always support the opposite of whatever Billboard does so I can't say I'm that surprised. Either way, it's ridiculous to imagine that labels have threatened to stop working with Billboard. If any label indeed made that threat, I'm sure Billboard knows it's empty. Billboard runs a monopolistic system on the US music charts and have done so for several decades now. Their charts are still the only music charts in the US that are respected industry-wide and their charts are still the only ones that cover multiple genres and metrics across albums and singles. If Billboard is put out of business, who will take over? And how many years will it take whoever does to earn the trust and respect of the general public? Billboard has been here for over 50 years. The records artists have set on their charts are respected across decades. That isn't ending anytime soon. That's delusional on HDD's part, acting like people still don't look to them for validation. #1 albums and #1 hits still mean a lot, which is why a lot of artists do everything they can to get them.
