The Drake single is already online in some sources... won't post yet. It's definitely not lead-single sounding though and won't go #1.

Pretty sure divine would agree. It's not a bad song by any means, but it's not a radio-single. Sounds more similar to When to Say When / Chicago Freestyle, which is his best received music/sound the past year. It is not for the clubs nor does it have any Pop radio appeal.

This Drake single is really good..... It's giving me another Life is Good? Or at least, better Top 10 longevity than Toosie Slide (all great songs tho, Drake never misses)

It's not bad! I think Lil Durk could've been cut, he doesn't really add much, but it's a pretty good anthemic Drake song. I can see this being on frequent rotation for workout playlists and NBA mixes

I need as many people here to agree with me the new Drake song isn't good because everyone seems to think it's good and I don't agree with that at all. Pulse never fails me with the Drake hate. Don't fail me now, please.

This looks more like Promotional single and he's not doing all 3,4 singles before album rollout like Scorpion. Album drop could be around near. Billboard Hot No. 1 or not he definitely made millions from Nike deal/Ads.
Miley 80's single sounds like hit Radio song could do damage in future charting weeks.

My favorite part of the song is Lil Durk's part π and you're right on the length of the song. The song should have ended at the 3:45 mark. Good thing with radio is that they'll cut all that extra shit out when they play it.

The new Drake in my opinion seems like a cross between a nondescript J Cole beat minus the high pitched sample with Drake sounding like his verse on Oprahβs Bank Account with Lil Durk on it. It doesnβt seem like it should work, yet it does.

On 8/9/2020 at 10:58 PM, iHype. said: WAP is not topping the Hot 100 for awhile. I'd give it three or so weeks max in the best case scenario. It's a shock value hit (Anaconda, Erotica, Dirrty) and those always have bad longevity on charts.
