Welp. I started off well but 2 perfect rankings. I'll take it!! Y'all fucked up with Cool It Now though. I've noticed New Edition old classics haven't done well on these rankdowns. Y'all tried to tank Candy Girl too. Shameful. Never heard of my #18 song but could not get through it. Same for the song by Don't Stop The Music people too (I don't like that song either). SHOCKED at Hello being out this early tho. I assumed top 5 on recognition ALONE.

11. Ghostbusters - Ray Parker Jr.

From the movie of the same name, "Ghostbusters" was Ray's biggest hit, also topping the Hot 100. He and Columbia Pictures would be sued by Huey Lewis, accused of plagiarizing the song "I Want a New Drug". The suit was eventually settled out of court. Lewis commented on the settlement in an episode of VH1's Behind The Music, which led Ray to sue him for breach of confidentiality.
