I feel like the younger crowd that liked her in 2013 is just not """""young"""""" anymore. It's been 8 years, so it's not like she would attract many Gen Z either with tongue-sticking. Miley has been around for like 15 years by now, her fans have grown with her, and honestly and they just don't consume her music has much. 

1.9m streams WW after like 3/4 months is nothing to be sad about, especially considering Prisoner is still calling people to the album, which is still doing well!

^Yeah. It's stan twitter bait to make fans think the label screwed the song when in reality it just naturally peaked. I've seen it used recently with "cardigan" and "Dynamite", when in reality "cardigan" had been treading water for a long while and "Dynamite" had already gone much further than what the callouts suggested.

In this case it comes down to it being a "Miley Cyrus" song. Radio is done with her. (And it's selling and streaming way worse than "Midnight Sky").

To be fair though, the way it is hemorrhaging that many spins and audience in the last few updates indicate that label support was pulled from the song. Yeah it was definitely underperforming and going nowhere fast for awhile, but there's a clear collective from radio uniformly dumping this suddenly.

I understand a song is considered "unbulleted" when the growth ceases and the actual "bullet" disappears, but the charts do show a "negative" in the bullet column lol.

Prisoner is done, but apparently has done good in sell the album. I guess Midnight Sky will rest as the big hit of the album, hoping for 'Plastic Hearts' & 'Angels Like You' to receive single treatment even that don't will do good on radio and HOT 100 but will certainly sell the album and will do better in other markets.
