^Yes! Thanks. And maybe horrible first singles that chart for 2-3 weeks and then the label moves onto the better 2nd single. Bieber's Yummy. And that one horrible Ariana Grade 1st single... EDIT: Focus: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Focus_(Ariana_Grande_song)Flopcus actually didn't manage to make it on Dangerous Woman in the US, but did get added to deluxe edition in Japan. Lol @ Flopcus, that must be Ariana's most forgotten single... that or Everyday, I don't even remember how this song goes.

^I get the feeling it's because of those who were introduced (or reintroduced) to him thanks to THE SCOTTS and that Eminem collab, plus features from more significant names than in the past on this project. Maybe but his next Man on the Moon album was always going to do numbers imo. He released the first Man on the Moon album in 2009 and it did 104K in it's first week. The second Man on the Moon album, released in 2010, did 169K. Fans have been anticipating a third and final album to complete the trilogy and every year they didn't get it only built up the hype and anticipation. Certain rappers have an album series that always does well commercially (at least in it's first week) simply because of the legacy of the previous albums in that series. A great example is Lil Wayne and his Tha Carter album series. Tha Carter (2004): 116K Tha Carter 2 (2005): 240K Tha Carter 3 (2008): 1M Tha Carter 4 (2011): 964K Tha Carter 5 (2018): 480K Like Kid Cudi with the Man on the Moon albums, the other albums Lil Wayne released outside of the Tha Carter albums saw very little positive critical acclaim from fans and critics and didn't do nearly as well commercially.

Taylor is bringing back the album culture. Naah. Beyoncé was the one who brought back the album culture ever since self titled.

I could absolutely see Blinding Lights falling off the charts this week if MOTM and Evermore have enough stability Blinding is predicted to be around #10 this week, I really don't think 16 songs by Taylor and Kid Cudi will be above it. They alone won't be enough, but if both chart like 2 songs above it, then than together with the christmas songs might be enough

Oh and on that mess called ATRL, after Focus crashed, they were gloating Ariana was done, lol.

Focus got trashed on b/c of the goofy chorus. Other than that it was a great song

Focus was such a wasted potential. As much as it was a ripoff of Problem, it could have been a smash if it wasn't for that "chorus".

Focus is basically an unholy fusion of Problem and Gold Digger. It's not Ariana's worst song by a long shot, but it's pretty mediocre by her standards.

"FOCUS ON MEHH.. FOH FOH FOH CIS AWN MEEEE" iconic I hate play it more than AG's hits. Every time I start to unlike it, I can't because it's so addictively cringeworthy! It will be interesting how many songs are pushed out this week with the 2 bombs + Xmas continue to surge. With the bomb songs falling out the falling week, it bodes well that some previously un-charted Christmas songs may crack the Top 50.

Focus was such a wasted potential. As much as it was a ripoff of Problem, it could have been a smash if it wasn't for that "chorus". It's interesting that despite most of her fans not liking Focus, I actually liked it, and the chorus, though risky and not what you would typically expect from a pop song, I really dug it because it was so wild and bombastic. As for your opinion of it being a "ripoff" of Problem, I was surprised to learn recently that many of her fans, including many posters here, didn't like that song either; it makes you wonder how it did so well - it was her biggest hit pre-Thank U, Next, and I was under the impression it was her signature, fan favorite until then.

Ariana started to gain support from people again with side to side single

I like Cudi but lol at this hyperbole. Hyperbole how? His last solo albums peaked at #11 and #36 on the bb200 respectively. To go from that to potentially 175k sps and 200 million streams first week is one of the biggest comebacks in my book. To me the biggest comebacks belong to artists like Cher with "Believe," Santana in 1999, Elvis in 1968, Tina Turner in 1984, Meat Loaf in 1993, and Mariah Carey with The Emancipation of Mimi. As of now Kid Cudi is not close to that level of comeback.

She was ahead already yesterday.
Interesting to see Taylor holding on AM better than Cudi in the large scale.

It will be interesting to see if RATCT can increase it's lead on Spotify up until Christmas or will AIWFCIY eventually catch up over the next 10 or so days.

What is the peak for "AIWFCIY" on Apple Music? Overall? Oh wow, I didn't remember it hit #1. I just remembered it did worse there than other platforms. Thank you.

RATCT's lead on Spotify and iTunes (discounted) is nothing compared to AIWFCIY's lead on Apple Music (#26 vs #134), on radio (last week #27 vs #36), and on YouTube (#4 vs #72)
