1. What will be #1? "Chattahoochee" feels like the biggest chance here but I could see some people not appreciating it and tanking it so it'll be interesting.
2. What will be #10? "Up To My Ears In Years" feels like it has a big up hill battle to not be in this position.
3. What song will be most polarizing? Least polarizing? Most: Mercury Blues Least: (Who Says) You Can't Have It All
4. Which two singles will place highest? ( Chattahoochee, (Who Says) You Can't Have It All)
5. Which two singles will place lowest? "Tonight I Climbed The Wall" and "Mercury Blues"?
6. Which two album tracks will place highest and do any of them have a chance at the top 5? "I Don't Need The Booze" and "If It Ain't One Thing"
7. Any other thoughts or predictions? One of the first albums I can actually remember being new, my family played this to death and literally all the songs feel like singles to me!

1. What will be #1? "Chattahoochee" for the win!!!! 2. What will be #10? "Up To My Ears In Tears" 3. What song will be most polarizing? Least polarizing? Most: "Mercury Blues". Least: "Up To My Ears In Tears". 4. Which two singles will place highest? "Chattahoochee" and "(Who Says) You Can't Have It All". 5. Which two singles will place lowest? "She's Got The Rhythm" and "Tonight I Climbed The Wall". 6. Which two album tracks will place highest and do any of them have a chance at the top 5? "She Likes It Too" is far and away the best album track here in my opinion, and the only one that should have any right to sneak into the top 5 ahead of any of the singles! I do think the singles will be the top 5 though, and it will be stuck at #6. "If It Ain't One Thing" will probably be the next highest, at #7. 7. Any other thoughts or predictions? This album will be pretty interesting! As amazing as all of these singles are, none of them are so well loved as to be obvious winners here. "Chattahoochee" should be obvious based on impact, but it's one of those songs that is so popular that it picks up haters just because it's so popular! Wouldn't it be wild to see something less conspicuous like "Tonight I Climbed The Wall" take this just because it's less of a target? It would be like the Faith Hill Breathe rd all over again.

1. What will be #1?* "Chattahoochee" should win this fairly easily. 2. What will be #10?* "If It Ain't One Thing (It's You)". 3. What song will be most polarizing? Least polarizing?* Most: "Mercury Blues". Least: "Up to My Ears in Tears" 4. Which two singles will place highest? (She's Got the Rhythm (And I Got the Blues), Tonight I Climbed the Wall, Chattahoochee, Mercury Blues, (Who Says) You Can't Have It All)* "Chattahoochee" and "She's Got the Rhythm (and I Got the Blues)"? 5. Which two singles will place lowest?* "(Who Says) You Can't Have It All" and "Tonight I Climbed the Wall". 6. Which two album tracks will place highest and do any of them have a chance at the top 5?* "I Don't Need the Booze (To Get a Buzz On)" and "Tropical Depression"; this'll probably be another case of singles bias coming into play, but I think there's more of a chance, albeit slight, for maybe one album track to make the top five. I'm not expecting it to happen, though. 7. Any other thoughts or predictions?* One of the strongest albums I've heard thus far in the series.

Let's go ahead and find out which songs leave in the bottom 3! First, here are some stats for the first three songs: - Each one of the songs to exit the bottom 3 were last place contenders
- Only two points separate songs #10 and #9
- Two of the songs to exit were predicted to be one of the highest placing album tracks
- The first two songs to exit are also the least polarizing songs

As correctly predicted by both Kanenrá:ke and bboat11, “Up to My Ears in Tears” is the first song to exit and along with it are two perfect rankings for our last place finisher. This was always a bottom 3 contender and for the most part spent the majority of its run in the bottom 2. 🌺CountryLineDancer is our first participant to lose a top 5 right out of the gate while eleven lose a bottom 3 making this our least polarizing song from the album.

6. Which two album tracks will place highest and do any of them have a chance at the top 5? "She Likes It Too" is far and away the best album track here in my opinion, and the only one that should have any right to sneak into the top 5 ahead of any of the singles! Well, at least someone appears to appreciate this song more than most! While it did manage to escape the bottom 3 momentarily early on thanks to @bboatt11, "She Likes It Too" is the next song to bow out in the bottom 3 where it remained for most of its run. Much like our first song to leave, this was also a last place contender with only two points separating this and the song that eventually fell into that spot. While this was able pick up a trio of top 5 rankings, most of the participants (10 in fact) put this in their bottom 3 with four of those being in last place making this our second least polarizing song from the album.

Our final song to exit in the bottom 3 is “I Don’t Need the Booze (To Get a Buzz On)” and was in fact predicted by both Kanenrá:ke and Cody Wants Out... to be one of the two highest placing album tracks! Just like the two songs before it, this was also a last place contender at one point or another during its run thanks mostly in part to the four last place rankings it received. While it was able to pick up three top 5 rankings with .indulgecountry being the highest with a top 3, four others put this down in their bottom 3 as well making this our fifth most polarizing song.

Here are the Top 7 songs:
Chattahoochee If It Ain’t One Thing (It’s You) Mercury Blues She’s Got the Rhythm (And I Got the Blues) Tonight I Climbed the Wall Tropical Depression (Who Says) You Can’t Have It All
Will one of the two album tracks be able to overcome any one of the singles, or will all five of those singles make the Top 5?! I'll be back later this evening to reveal the next two songs.

So far, so good! The bottom three songs didn't connect with me as strongly as the top 7. No more wiggle room though. 😓

Let's find out if either of the the two remaining album tracks "If It Ain’t One Thing (It’s You)" or "Tropical Depression" can overcome the five singles and find their way into the top 5! Coming right up is not only our first top 2 loss of the rankdown but also our first #1 loss.

I did like "If It Ain't One Thing"! Don't let my bottom 3 rank fool you! I found my bottom 2 to be somewhat lackluster, but otherwise the rest of this album was stacked!!
I'm pretty confident that "Tropical Depression" will be next... I can't imagine any of the album tracks breaking up the singles, based on how things have gone so far.

“If It Ain’t One Thing (It’s You)” is our first song to exit this evening which also sees George Strait Junkie become our first participant to lose their #1 song. 🌺CountryLineDancer was right behind him as they lose a top 2 while ClevelandRox also loses a top 5. At the other end of the spectrum both gardyfan and Cody Wants Out... lose their last place song. While only one other participant placed this in their bottom 2, this did pick up eight bottom 3 rankings overall making this our third most polarizing song of the rankdown.

I'm in a tropical depression I've got the blue water blues Can't shake this loving you obsession Can't stand this sand in my shoes This forgetting you vacation Is just a fool's holiday If I can't get over you This tropical depression's gonna blow me away 6. “Tropical Depression” Track: #7 Songwriters: Charlie Craig, Alan Jackson, Jim McBride Total: 73 Average: 4.87 Std Dev: 2.00 (4th Lowest) {Songs Remaining}Chattahoochee Mercury Blues She’s Got the Rhythm (And I Got the Blues) Tonight I Climbed the Wall (Who Says) You Can’t Have It All

As correctly predicted by bboat11, "Tropical Depression" exits next which leaves the five singles intact as we head into the top 5. After just losing their top-ranked song, George Strait Junkie turns the tables around and this time loses his last place song. That was the only bottom 3 ranking that this song received though as the majority of the group placed this somewhere within their top 5! Included in the top 5 is Kanenrá:ke's top 2 ranking as well as a top 3 from ClevelandRox. This was pretty well-liked across the board making this our fourth least polarizing song.

Oh, I failed to mention that "Tropical Depression" only missed the top 5 by ONE POINT! Any guesses as to which one of the singles it was almost able to overtake?!

I'm a little surprised that "Tropical Depression" wasn't on more people's radar to be one of the higher album tracks. (I mean, maybe it was, but Cody's the only one who said so during his predictions...) But considering how we all ranked it, we should have all thought it would be one of the highest album tracks

Hm I don't know about this. I thought this album had very strong album tracks than singles, especially “If It Ain’t One Thing (It’s You)” and “Tropical Depression”. Only 2 of the singles are in my top 5, and while I believe my #1 should be safe for now, hoping my #3 to stay for a while.

Honestly the uptempo album tracks that had a similar sound ("Up to My Ears in Tears", "She Likes It Too", "I Don't Need the Booze (to Get a Buzz On)") kind of blended together for me. There wasn't anything that was bad though. It's just that the other tracks stood out more.
I was hoping "Tropical Depression" would be able to sneak into the top 5, and it was so close!

I hope "Mercury Blues" is #5. I've never liked that one. The other four are great though so hopefully they are the top 4. Wish "If It Ain't One Thing (It's You)" was higher, I really like that one!

Well can't say I'm too surprised I guess, but I really do wish "Tropical" and "Booze" had made it past my lower two singles.
Still every song on this album is good and on one of his weaker albums I would've had even my #10 higher!

I'm going to be revealing the top 5 this evening, but before doing so here are some stats for you to ponder: - Only one point separated an album track from making the top 5
- Only three points separate songs #4 and #5
- Song #3 was nothing but a lock for the top 2 until it switched places at the last moment
- The top 2 songs are both the first and second most polarizing
Any predictions for the Top 5?!

I see "Mercury Blues" and "She's Got the Rhythm (and I Got the Blues)" being polarizing enough to leave soon.
I hope "Tonight I Climbed the Wall" can make the top two, but I have a feeling it do-si-do'ed with "(Who Says) You Can't Have It All".
