she’s never had good longevity. I’m not sure why, but her recent album eras & single releases being short probably have something to do with it. Before that, idk

her eras are cut short and she pushed several singles at once many times in the past couple years. but even before then, she's always had big debuts—which makes things harder in terms of longevity. she's never really had a hit that climbed up the chart and into the top ten. so that cuts off half the journey.

Am I not allowed to respond to any of that? A dude calls me a crazy stan, repeatedly advocates for my removal from this chat room despite my behavior being pretty on par with everyone else’s...and I can’t say anything in my defense? Can’t respond to some accusing me of rigging the system and the subtweets afterwards from other people?

On the one hand sure, but since it's literally just because of airplay it seems less impressive. Its airplay is somehow still gaining the past few days, but it's been out of the top 20 in streaming and sales for months now.

Wait... i heard this on the radio and i thought this was a remix of the original song. But i agree, this song should’ve been untouched, especially if she thinks doing that thing in the second verse was anything beyond decent. Nothing can beat the experience when i first heard the original while waiting to get on a roller coaster at an amusement park (Wonderland in Canada lol), having it playing about 3 times.


Not saying Around the world is even that amazing to begin with honestly. It’s mostly a guilty pleasure just tied to a memory i had lmao.

Doesn't matter. They've had an extra day to have the charts ready to go. If anything, they should have posted it early today.
