The ok hand gesture was never truly a hate sign. White supremacists and nazis tried to turn into one when they started co-opting it back in 2017 but I think most people still think the symbol is good to use.

The official music video just under 7 million views in close to 18.5 hours. But those views are worldwide.
I thought her views would be around 15 million after 24 ours. It looks like a slow start for her. But at least she has the digital and cd singles thing going. |

I mean...if you want male rappers who are serving visuals, they're not that hard to find, lol textbook case of confirmation bias. for all I know, men might be releasing more "good visuals" than women each year. the thing is how many more mainstream male rappers there are and how many more boring and derivative visuals they come up with. women are REQUIRED to deliver visually to succeed. all 4-5 of them that got a big hit last year also carry the visual aspect of their industry. TL;DR--no one's saying men never deliver good visuals. the "not all men" excuse is old. |
