Only Blinding Lights is legendary. The streaming numbers for Almost Maybes and One Too Many were abysmal, and they should have never been charting this long. I bet neither song would have charted 20 weeks if UGC counted. Iβm glad radio dropped AM, and they need to do the same with OTM. This attack over radio and sales tactics to keep a song on the chart or on higher positions make it seem like an attempt, whether intentional or unintentional, to turn the Hot 100 into basically a copy of the streaming chart. I don't want the Hot 100 to turn into a copy of the streaming chart (the Rolling Stone 100 does a great job of that already). In fact, I still believe that radio is the most reliable metric. That being said, what cannot be denied is the fact that the removal of UGC is making it easier for songs with very bad streaming numbers to chart, and in One Too Many's case, it doesn't even need to be in the Top 40 on radio to chart. A song ranked in the 40s of radio with abysmal streaming numbers would have never come close to charting on the Hot 100 in the UGC days, let alone for 30 weeks and counting. Not only that, Butter spent a week at #1 despite not even being ranked on Apple Music (and they rank like 1400 songs on there) all week. If UGC had been counted, Good 4 u would have been #1 over Butter during at least 3 of these last 4 weeks.

Was curious what the random song premiering at #14 was. I now regret knowing.

#46. MΓ₯neskin - Beggin' (+32) my friend in Europe compared this song to "Despacito" (in terms of being everywhere during summertime) so let's see how much damage it does on the Hot 100. rooting for "I Wanna Be Your Slave" to become a smash too and break onto the US charts. Let's hope though there's no Bieber x MΓ₯neskin collab

^On the same note, I would think Miley could be a naturally candidate to collaborate with them.

Absolutely could see that collaboration happening, With Miley's most recent release of the Plastic Heart album last year and her participation in the Metallica Tribute album, She really has made a name for herself in the world of Rock.

Honestly Iβm betting on I Wanna Be Your Slave making the 07/24 charts, especially since itβs top 50 on US spotify now, itβd also be an AMAZING choice for Miley to remix
