Congratulations. You have somehow made an even dumber take than a literal anti-vaxxer. Here's your award I donβt care if you donβt understand. Censoring people because they disagree with you is fascism, literally the definition. If that person disagrees with me by saying vaccines don't work and are killing more people than saving them, you're damn right I don't wanna hear what the fuck they have to say and will block them.

Right. Itβs fine that you block him. Itβs not fine if the board bans him or censors him.

I mean, people have been removed from social media platforms for spreading misinformation about COVID-19 and the vaccine

Y'all... I mean you do you but reading people doing not-so-intelligent things is one side of the book, others being so passive-aggressive, negative and unfair is another It doesn't have to be so brutal out here, let's spread more positivity and not get so personal in our discussions about music Anyways, really hope somebody other than BTS can sneak a week in between, I mean as soon as they fall off #1, the ARMY will panic buy a lot more copies (remember Dynamite's run?)

Hoping Love Again can debut this week. If not next week should be on lock assuming there isn't an album bomb. It'll be awhile before it debuts. It's slowly gaining on radio and it's streaming is almost nonexistent (literally #782 on AM as of the time I'm writing this, nowhere on Spotify). Perhaps a live performance or just better radio push will help it debut #4 on bubbling under this week up from #25, so a debut is looking likely given its continued gains on radio, iTunes and the todays top hits placement on Spotify kicking into gear!

Do we think that Mood and MEBF will go recurrent this week, or will the failure of the Pop Smoke album bomb give these songs another week in the 40's? Also, seeing BL in the top ten and OTM in the top 50 (finally) would be pretty awesome.

Only big songs I can see leaving this week are Breaking Up was Easy in the 90s and Calling My Phone. With how much Pop Smoke had underperformed, don't really think it's strong enough to take out Mood or MEBF

It doesn't look like that will be the case, I agree. Do we really want to consider "Breaking Up Was Easy In The 90's" as a big song, though, when it is likely going to miss the YE and will have a pretty normal country chart run?

I have to admit that seeing big names like Post Malone and Pop Smoke underperform like this is very worrying. Heck, that Lil Baby/Lil Durk album that flopped so badly and everyone has forgotten about is somehow still #4 on this week's Billboard 200. I love Blinding Lights and all, but us talking about it possibly re-entering the Top 10 on its 85th week could be a troubling sign for the music industry.

Every thread I opened this morning had the same commentary.
Also letβs say it does? Is it a troubling sign for the music industry?

Oh wow, I just checked and Motley Crue is already down to #30 on US Apple Music. In comparison, Olivia Rodrigo has 4 songs in the top 25.
I know Posty is the king of stability and he'll be fine but maybe Motley Crue was the wrong choice for a comeback single?

A loosie for a special project of some kind is not a real concern. The real test will be when he releases his material for his next proper album, whenever that is.

Most of his fans don't know that this is a single for a special project and not the lead single off his next album. To add to that, this was his first proper single as a lead artist since 2019. I imagined it'd have a stronger debut just off that alone, but then again, he doesn't exactly have a long history with solid debuts with his lead singles. Also with Post Malone, Motley Crue could very well end up making his next album. Candy Paint and Sunflower were both originally released as singles off of movie soundtrack albums but they each got added to his albums.

The song just debuted so it's too early to say if it's underperforming or not. A top 15 debut is a solid debut.

Speaking of Olivia, sheβll have two songs in the top 5 in overall radio tomorrow based on how bad Peaches is losing.

No, he doesn't tend to debut well, and people are a bit too quick to jump on people as flopping.

I don't see the lead single ''goodbyes''who debuted in top 10..I don't feel that ''wow'' was a lead single cause it was just a stand-alone track along with ''sunflower'' and he just decided to include them on the album.but even if we count ''wow'' as the lead single then we should consider that he released it in the middle of the tracking week and it was released during the domination of the holiday songs..so it's not the same thing.. and the next single ''circles'' debuted in top 10 as well just like ''goodbyes''..so Post used to have really high debuts on the hot 100.. Post is flopping if we compare his previous smash era..

Speaking of Olivia, sheβll have two songs in the top 5 in overall radio tomorrow based on how bad Peaches is losing. She's really dominating Pop radio. Got her first #1 on the format with drivers license. Got her second #1 with good 4 u and based on how the other songs in the top 5 are losing, deja vu will be the next #1. Wild.
