I'm assuming this is the second single from "American Idiot" with its multiple Adds popping up at once on Alternative.
Sincerely, Noah Eaton

Wake Me Up When September Ends would make a perfect 2nd or 3rd single.

This is a logical second single choice. It's a slower song but not as mellow as Time Of Your Life or Macy Day Parade.

Wake Me Up When September Ends would make a perfect 2nd or 3rd single. That one or this one would both work great as a second single. I love both. Most of this album is better than the first single which I really like too.

Wow, holy crap. I just checked out the two tracks mentioned above and they have really blown me away so far! At first, I thought "September" had that "Time of Your Life" sound going on, but then the drums kick in...and take the song to another level. "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" is very good as well, but it seems a little repetitive for radio. I'm sure both will do at least decently though.
I might have to pick up "American Idiot" when it comes out this Tues!

Wow, this song is great. Hopefully it'll shoot up to #1.
"Wake Me Up When September Ends" is good too, but to me just sounds like a rehash of "Macy's Day Parade."

I love "Are We The Waiting" as well. Their album is full of potential singles.

After a couple more listens this is looking to become one of my favorite songs of the year. This is going to be another #1 for them if it's released.
And I'm also a big fan of "We Are The Waiting."

The album is pretty sweet all around. I'd say my favorite tracks are probably Holiday, Whatsername, and Boulevard of Broken Dreams.

I love this song, it should definitely be the next single. "Favorite Son" should've made the album though. That song kicks ass and should've been the first single.

Holy Smokes! If you look at Mediabase right now, Green Day has six songs in the greatest gainers, not even including "American Idiot."

I need to listen to some of this. I've been digging Greenday since their beginning, and really enjoyed their last album, but have yet to hear any of the new stuff.

"Boulevard" is already in the top 50! Plus they have five more songs in the top 100.

This song is awesome. I love it. The whole album as well -- at least all the tracks I've heard so far.

Wow... I was only so-so about "American Idiot," but this is incredible. I forsee a potential #1 as well, and really think Green Day are sticking around a while with this album.

This is already up to #22!!! in audience. It has a greater audience than the #14 and #19 songs. Impressive.
Currently at #45 with a +231 bullet.

I'm really happy that the song is doing well, but by the time they shoot a video next month it will be over!

I just heard this for the first time this morning, and wow... this is just great. It blows "American Idiot" out of the water, and I didn't think "American Idiot" was half-bad. This could be my favorite Green Day single since "J.A.R.".

Great song, I didn't expect something like this from them since I heard their last album,

SMASH! This has been in my head for the past 3 days. It might be my favorite song ever from them.

After listening to this song non-stop for the past week, this is definitely my favorite song ever by them. Isn't it weird to know a band for years and never really be crazy about any of their songs and then all of a sudden something huge comes out that you just can't get out of your head? Makes you wonder what other artists you aren't paying attention to right now...

After Nimrod and Warning, I don't think anyone expected Green Day to blow music away the way they have.
American Idiot is arguably the most talked about, most raved about album of this year. Who would have, and seriously, who could have thought it?
Wonder if CHR is going to play anything off of this.

Wonder if CHR is going to play anything off of this. "Boulevard" is the song that would do the trick. Who knows though... this would've been a Top 10 hit there in 1998 or so but now.... it's rare they play "real" music.

American Idiot is the first album I've ever bought on the impulse of reading positive reviews. I had no intentions of buying it, hell I wasn't even aware it was coming out the day it came out, and then I got ahold of what people were saying about the album and I was like, "hmm, maybe I should go pick this up while it's still $9.99".
I haven't gotten a chance to hear the album or this song yet, however.

American Idiot is arguably the most talked about, most raved about album of this year. Good thing too, as it's one of my favorite albums of this year. And if there's something which really pisses me off, it's over-hype about an aritst or album I can't stand. :)

I finally heard this for the first time today and I love it - American Idiot could end up being my favorite Green Day album ever. I'm very much looking forward to picking it up.
