Does anyone know why sometimes/frequently on kworb's list of top songs on youtube by country, songs won't be recognized?

It’s funny to me how “Erotica” debuted #2 on radio in its first week, yet never ended up reaching #1.

Obviously the track was really explicit and controversial but a song peaking on radio in its first week right out the gate like that is pretty insane lol.

And the fact that Erotica had such a massive radio debut like that yet didn't make it on a Hot 100 Year-End. Rain (surprisingly the only song from the era to chart for at least 20 weeks) and Deeper and Deeper won, in that regard

Taylor didn’t say anything about Halsey’s 2020 album and she also didn’t even tweet anything about Lorde (her much closer friend’s) album last week so yeah, we know why she suddenly tweeted about Halsey and today of all days lol. I wonder if the battle for #1 could be close somehow. Kanye should do at least 150-200k ideally, but he could always underperform and Halsey could overperform somehow.

Ok somebody has to ask the important question now that Donda is here is Blinding Lights officially done for?

Blinding Lights is projected to be #20. Ye (album) got I think 4 or 5 songs in the top 25 but Donda will probably do better since the album is so much bigger. What would be great is if on Donda week Rumors, Peaches & Take My Breath could fall below it giving it some more breathing room but still it looks bleak

I see Donda getting maybe 2 Top 25 debuts (Hurricane for sure, and maybe one other) due to the fact it missed one-third of the tracking period. BL should be able to chart one final week in the 21-25 range. It would be fitting if BL's run came to an end with it charting alongside SYT, You Right, TMB, and Hurricane all in the Top 25.

Kanye definitely appreciates the publicity from Taylor. 'Beefs' between A-listers are excellent click-bail, publicity generators. This one's also a win for Halsey, who isn't even close to a household name.

Hmm at 'Hurricane' being promoted as one of the strongest hurricanes hits LA today - on Katrina's anniversary. NOT coincidental Kanye released today since he parlayed Katrina into his own gain.
