As a Mixer, yeah it does sting yeah but on the other hand, they've seen so much success in the UK and around the world that they've shown they haven't needed a U.S. hit to remain sustainably successful. They still got streamed, they still sold out worldwide, they've lasted longer and have had more sustainability than any other Syco act and they're still seeing success after they've fled Simon Cowell's clutches, they're still one of the most successful British pop acts of the 2010s, and they're still making good pop music. They're doing fine.

Jesy on the other hand well...good for her she might get a week of virality but I doubt it's gonna match Little Mix's success.

Why do people feel like "Boyz" is gonna be a big hit? It's getting a push, sure, but it's also kinda bad. The Nicki Minaj name is carrying to the top 5 on iTunes for a few days but that's it.

(The charm of Little Mix was/is the way they all made it work as a team; I don't think any of them is gonna do much damage solo and the three remaining girls seem to agree. Also, their last album had some of their best material, and I'm exicted to hear what they do next).

Agreed. Even though I used to want Perrie to go solo, I've come to realize all the girls work best when their voices and writing compliment with each other. Not every group needs to split for middling success as solo acts.

Probably. Maybe someone like Wild Orchid and Fergie (tho I’m sure they would have at least hit the top 40, but they’re an example of a group that didn’t do much yet still had a member whose solo stuff was much much bigger.)

Chloe isn't an ex-member of the duo, but her solo single debuted in the top 40, while Chloe x Halle's highest charting song peaked at #63.

I think she would probably be able to beat them. She’ll probably do around 300k at the least and Bruno has never been able to do that.

If Bruno/Andrew don’t debut #1, that would mean Bruno still has never had an album debut #1 which is always surprising to know. It’s like Rihanna never having a song debut #1.

They're not doing more than 150k, they've botched this album rollout way too much by not dropping in the summer and relying on Skate to carry their hype up to this point when it flopped. It's a shame because there was genuine enthusiasm when LTDO came out, but for whatever reason they failed to capitalize on it.

^I would think Bruno should debut at #2 in the Billboard 200, again. It also happened previously with 24k Magic which was pitted against Hardwired ... to Self-Destruct, with the latter debut at #1. I don't think Taylor's moving her album's release date again.

Now I’m wondering if there is a major drop on November 5th though.

I get they originally said the album was coming January but then saw 1. Skate flop 2. Adele coming November and could challenge #1 into January

And figured it would make sense to push it up before Adele and also before people lost more interest.

However they could’ve did November 5th… the only notable release announced publicly is ABBA who they’d be able to beat most likely in US. If they just settled for being #2 behind Taylor on November 12th then I have a feeling behind the scenes yet another major drop is expected and they really had no avenue of setting up a #1 album regardless after October.
