Modern All Time List Rankdown (FINISHED)

When I posted this list in the chart discussions, one of the comments said this would make a good rankdown. And the more I’ve thought on it, the more I agree. So even though I’ve never hosted one of these before, I want to give it a shot. Looking at this list, and it’ll be hard to rank so many timeless classics across so many eras, but it also seems like a lot of fun. I’ll give everyone two months to figure this out. Party Rock Anthem was unquestionably bigger in the US, but Let Her Go wound up being a bigger international hit. And since these are global numbers, that matters.

In all honesty, most of this list aren’t even close to the GOAT material they’re hyped to be. But yeah, outside of a few songs, I look forward to the 2010s purge.

Maybe I remember wrong but I remember seeing When Doves Cry before and now it is not even top 100?

That was on the 80s list I made using this same format. I wound up cancelling that one. This is across all eras, and seeing as it’s so different from the Billboard GOAT list, I imagine this will be a lot more interesting to rank

Interesting, they're even listed together on the 1978 year end.
They just go really well together. I'll probably rank them back to back.
