This got a bit of a help from the Cumulus block but regardless this is third most added song this week with 21 stations and is now on 114 stations out of 159 and this has only been charting for a little over a month.

At any rate, it definitely sounds pretty old school melodically which I'm living for.

"Watermelon Moonshine" sounds like a huge smash. She's gonna be a big player in the genre. I can't wait for her to continue to grow and pad her catalog with more hits.  |

Feel like she’ll be one of the few new artists that will be able to have fans that value her deep cuts just as much as the radio hits. She puts on a great live show too, so hoping she’ll be a big star for awhile |

I love Lainey as an artist but for whatever reason this one never clicked with me. Loved Things A Man Oughts Know though. I’ll be rooting for this one and for success for her nonetheless.

I'm glad to see the CMAs presented a nice boost for Lainey Wilson! Her bagging Female Vocalist was an affirming moment that she is here for the long haul. The industry likes her enough to not only pile on the noms when she was brand new, but give her one of the most prestigious awards of the night (Female Vocalist), the same year she wins New Artist. She even acknowledged in her speech that she figured she was new to many of the people watching, but she's well on her way to being a big star in country. Her sales/streaming presence had been lacking a bit, but hopefully that starts to change. "Heart Like a Truck" and "Wait in the Truck" are both about to reach the top 20 on the radio charts simultaneously, so she's flying high right now.

I am perfectly here for Lainey as the next solidified female artist. I remember hearing "Things" for the first time and praying it became a hit. There are so many talented women out there like her that simply never see the light of day, I'm just glad for her it's working out.
