I may be the only one but I did not expect Jack Harlow to have another hit after Whats Poppin’, good to see him start to establish himself as a hit maker.

I have no idea what to make of this. Like last week it was "shit I guess Harry Styles is one of the biggest names in music now" because that kind of opening on a good-not-great song pretty much means you're a superstar.
But now Jack Harlow?? And with a made for TikTok song with some really corny lyrics? I don't buy that Jack Harlow is a top 5 name in music right now. I think people are desperate for anything that looks like a hit.
What a great time to drop new music though. Also this really reaffirms just how bad Sweetest Pie was lol.

I like Harry but this song is mediocre. I’d be glad for Jack to knock him off number 1

Happy for Jack, he's getting his shine. I've been following him for a while.

I am pleasantly surprised at Jack's streams. I knew the song would be big, but I never imagined it would pull those numbers.

Oh wow. Multiple Jack Harlow songs got a boost yesterday. I wonder what that's about. Even Industry Baby got a boost.

rainygirl I highly doubt that. Multiple past Jack Harlow songs got a random boost. It's actually kinda fishy. Maybe the TikTok people checked out his discography after checking out the single? I don't know.

See as long as people listen to his discography that's good because that means they'll discover Sundown and learn it's his best ever song

Sorry to double post but if those photos and videos earlier this year are anything to go buy, I fully expect a Drake collab on Jack's next album

Harrys song has declined every day since last tuesdays update. I don’t know if it’s because it’s too high that it has to drop or it’s just not resonating. Did easy on me have a similar decline in its first week ?

So i just found out Jack Harlow is performing at the KCA's 🥴 maybe that's the reason if not idk 😐 or it's just people liking his music.

Harry vs. Jack
Adore You vs. What's Poppin' (First song where everyone starts to took notice of their talents.) Watermelon Sugar vs. Industry Baby (Fan favorite hit that got a "lucky" week at #1.) As It Was vs. First Class (Their first megahit? We'll see.)

I stated a year ago that Post Malone has been replaced by Jack Harlow. That is a bigger debut than Post Malone has ever had with way less airplay support. Post Malone messed up when he began putting out those Target pop songs. They are great for airplay and being on Billboard forever, but they are not great for streaming and putting out a project. That is why they are not allowing his album to be put out because they are well aware that it is going to falter. White frat boys no longer view him as their conduit to hip-hop/rap, and they have moved on to Jack Harlow. I am aware that Jack Harlow has buzz, but I have not been aware that he has that much buzz. He also appears to be more popular with Black audiences than Post Malone has ever been either, so that probably explains the numbers

I'm telling you, man. Hollywood's got into Post Malone. After that performance of Hollywood's Bleeding at the Grammy's, they kidnapped Posty and replaced him with a bad clone that makes bad music. /hj

Maybe it won’t as it’s an album track, but considering what CLB pulled with no prior singles and what Jack is pulling now, we could see a monstrous hit out of this collab.

It just suggests that the two are not anywhere near as big with casual listeners as they are on Twitter. Big debuts require great interest from general listeners

After Minutes and that's amazing for Jack but I had no idea Way 2 Sexy was the only Drake single released in the last 3 years. Also, relax. You're getting ahead of yourself. We aren't even a full week into the song's release and you're already spewing outrageous statements. That's all my reply was about. It was the most streamed Drake single in the first day of the last 3 years, which is what I'm constantly refering to

Imagine if Jack Harlow somehow managed to stay strong at #1 for a decent amount of time and create a good 4 u/Butter situation between As It Was and First Class lol

As the new supreme rises the old one fades away... It really sounds like Drake-lite. I don't think Fergie needs credit. The sample is so edited that it doesn't sound like the original at all. I wasn't saying Fergie 'legally' required credit, but it would've been nice to see her name on the charts. When I previewed the song - it took 2 seconds to recognize 'Glamorous,' which is still fresh. I approve

Please let these debut streaming numbers be like this throughout 2022. These first months of 2022 have been extremely underwhelming.

Harry vs. Jack Adore You vs. What's Poppin' (First song where everyone starts to took notice of their talents.) Watermelon Sugar vs. Industry Baby (Fan favorite hit that got a "lucky" week at #1.) As It Was vs. First Class (Their first megahit? We'll see.) Painting IB as a lucky #1 is misleading, though. Prior to its week at #1, it had several several weeks at #2 and was a streaming monster that was posting 13M and 14M Spotify streams every week at its peak. IB’s peak was bigger than WDTAB, which spent 5 weeks at #1. Do we call WDTAB a lucky #1? And had IB peaked after Christmas like WDTAB did and spent like 10 weeks at #1, would IB suddenly become a mega hit?
