Yes Iβm aware of that but you donβt get the numbers when you get directed to that site, just the rankings. Or is it just me because I donβt have a Spotify account? For example I can see Harry is #1 but how much streams does he have? I wouldnβt know unless I checked the site they are removing. So is Spotify changing to a format like Apple Music where the numbers are ambiguous and you just get rankings? Thatβs going to drive everyone crazy here. Perhaps, I have to login with my Spotify account to see the numbers Okay well that answers my question. So only people with Spotify accounts will be able to see the streaming numbers. Guess Iβll need to rely on Pulse every day to see them being posted here. |

I think "About Damn Time" will be in it for the long haul to get to #1 due to all the albums bombs etc. I think its best chance will be album release week in July. Its airplay should be at its peak then and get a nice streaming boost hopefully.

Aside from the week at #1, Industry Baby had several weeks at #2 with more charting points than WDTAB and Heat Waves had at their peaks. IB is a legit #1 in my book. |

Also while we're on the subject About Damn Time will peak at #3 for two weeks, will last 39 weeks on the hot 100 and will finish at exactly #16 on the year end list 100% GUARANTEED Flashbacks of majority of the 2016 YE predictions having "Same Old Love" to end up at #42 with this one EDIT: Here's inverse calling his shot on an exact YE position 6 years ago (I'm not even officially a Pulse member at the time, I was just following the YE prediction) Same Old Love will finish at 42 on the year end hot 100 I was just randomly scrolling through the thread for some flashbacks and to see what aged poorly or beautifully with everyoneβs predictions, and then found this. Having listened to Mr. Morale three times now, I actually it being not as catchy as his last few projects is something I like about it more. I really respect that Kendrick for his comeback album, made an album that was challenging, raw and uncomfortable - with stories and messages that needed to be said and heard - rather than being safe, light and easy. I understand that that's alienated a few people and more than anything, I think that's why it hasn't help up the same way Un Verano Sin Ti but I think it just makes the album stronger the fact it did reach an audience even for a day. And the 4-song streak of Savior -> Auntie Diaries -> Mr. Morale -> Mother I Sober is just great, the second half of the album is the strongest and most emotional. And even if you don't care for it, I do think that it being open to a lot of long and heavy discourse should be recognized.
It's not perfect - I do agree with the criticism that the f-slur was unneeded on Auntie Diaries though I still think the song is great regardless and - but I don't know: there is just something about this album that no matter how long and challenging it was, I still enjoyed every minute of it and I'd happily revisit it as a whole. Not being the best Kendrick album is still better than most rappers' best albums.

Looks like N95 is a clear #1, with another huge gap from 2/3 to 4. Heat Waves out of the Top 10 and Stay down to 24. Need To Know may actually survive this, and if it does, could make it to 52 weeks. Get Into It (Yuh) could actually stick around for a while.

Die Hard is easily the safest and best song to send to radio off the album. Itβs practically All The Stars, but with much more replay value and a better message behind it. The 2 featured artists did their thing and killed it, and if they were to get at least a top 5 hit from this song, that would be amazing.
