Of course, this is highly affected by what Spotify puts on their playlists, but it's still an interesting look.

It's funny, Superstition and Toxic especially don't seem like Halloween songs to me. Superstition maybe lyric-wise, but the sound of it is very cheery and upbeat, and Toxic just sounds like a sexy pop jam.

Also, I legit didn't know until now that Michael Jackson sung the hook on Somebody's Watching Me (I didn't know of the song too well actually, but it does sound familiar and I know I've heard it many times and that the voice always sounded like him). And that's surprising because I thought I knew just about everything there was to know about all his major hits and chart history, and I've never come across this reading his many bios and various info written about him over the years. It just goes to show that if featured artists don't receive official credit, it really could go unknown and be hidden for many years, which I guess is why it's so rarely done anymore. Think of all the future generations who won't know Drake is on Sicko Mode!!

This isn’t a resurgence. This is in fact almost exactly the same scenario as Die For You with being a streaming sleeper for 2-3 years now. Just that it and No Role Modelz hasn’t really been labeled as a ‘current hit’ like DFY is now so they’re still sitting just on the immediate streaming charts until maybe if the respective labels gives them a push.

^Well, according to one of last week's Hot 100 predictions, half of its points came from streaming, while about 45% from radio. I'm not exactly sure where it is getting its streaming from, because it doesn't even currently appear in Apple Music's top 200 nor in last week's YouTube music videos.

It's #35 on Amazon Music, right between Something In The Orange & Titi Me Pregunto. Cold Heart does really well on Amazon Music too. Amazon's algorithm seems to really value those more radio-friendly AC pop songs.

The streaming numbers still look really good. It might even be up a bit on Spotify? MV boost & radio starting to pick it up should cancel out the sales decline. I'd bet on it holding steady this week.

It's probably going to stay stable, the video and radio gains are gonna be enough to mitigate the streaming and sales losses and keep it from falling below I Like You.
