I’ve already preferred Money Longer regarding Lil Uzi. Trap Queen was robbed. Wow I only have 1 top 10 remaining now and idk if it’ll even make the top 10 or not, not sure honestly where it could place.

15. Black Beatles - Rae Sremmurd feat. Gucci ManeFormed in Tupelo, Mississippi, Rae Sremmurd consists of brother Swae Lee (Khalif Brown) and Slim Jxmmi (Aaquil Brown). They started out as part of a trio called Dem Outta Str8 Boyz with Aaquil taking on the name CaliBoy while Khalif went by Kid Krunk. They eventually made their way to BET's 106 & Park, participating in the Wild Out Wednesday segment. When the third member of their group left they changed their name to Rae Sremmurd and signed with Interscope via Mike WiLL Made-It's EarDrummers Entertainment label. Their biggest hit came with the release of 2016's "Black Beatles" featuring Gucci Mane. It topped the rap, R&B/Hip Hop, and Hot 100 charts, in large part due to going viral from the Mannequin Challenge. Rae Sremmurd started their own label SremmLife Crew Records in 2016. 13. Super Bass - Nicki MinajBorn in Trinidad And Tobago and raised in Queens, Onika Maraj got her start as part of a quartet called the Hoodstars which included future partner Safaree Samuels. She later went solo, signing with Dirty Money Entertainment and originally going by the name Nicki Maraj before changing it to Nicki Minaj. After releasing a few mixtapes, she signed with Lil Wayne's Young Money label. Her 2011 single "Super Bass" peaked at #2 on the rap chart, #6 on the R&B chart, and #3 on the Hot 100, and is certified diamond. Nicki's latest album Pink Friday 2 is set to be released in November 2023. I’m kinda shocked Super Bass missed top 10, felt like something that would easily make it haha. Definitely a classic, I don’t really know many people who don't know a lot of the lyrics lol

Generally I wish I liked Kid Cudi more than I do. His sense of melody just doesn't usually captivate me, and I don't relate to his lyrics as much as many people do. I liked the song on this list a little more than his average song, though. I feel like I can group together Migos, Lil Uzi Vert, and Rae Sremmurd here because, without getting into the nuances, I can say the same thing about all 3: they're all highly influential acts who have enough classic songs spread across their catalog to form at least one front-to-back great album, but in reality none of them actually have one. Uzi is the closest with Lil Uzi Vert vs. the World. Future's discography is similar to the 3 above, except he actually does have a few projects that could be claimed to have the consistency needed for classic status, mostly around the late 2014-early 2016 period. Fetty Wap, on the other hand, is a total one-year wonder, but at least that one year was a good year. Missy Elliott solo projects post-2006 are very few and far between--almost exclusively singles--and of those, "WTF" is the only notably good one. So, not really a 2010s artist in my mind. Nicki has some of the most drastic quality swings from song to song of anyone in the modern era. "Super Bass" is luckily on the higher side; it's probably the highest I would've ranked any of her solo work besides maybe "Chun-Li" or "Truffle Butter". Waka Flocka Flame made one classic album at the beginning of the decade, and doing that seems to have completely burned him out and he's never fully recovered. It took me a long time to like "Otis" even a fraction as much as most people do. In terms of Watch The Throne (good album, not great), I've always preferred "No Church In The Wild", "<Blank> In Paris", and "Murder To Excellence". Solo Jay-Z in the 2010s brought us two duds and the great 4:44. Solo Kanye West brought us one obvious classic (My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy), two albums that would be great but I can't listen to them in the same way anymore because of how tied they are to the shitty person who made them (Yeezus and Donda), two albums that are OK but I never got the huge hype around and are also now tainted (The Life Of deleted and Kids See Ghosts), and three albums that would be garbage either way (Ye, Jesus Is King, Donda 2)
1 4 5 6 10 16 19 22 23 33
Pleasantly surprised "Hood Gone Love It" made top 10. I didn't think it was going to get big enough boosts to do that. I also hope M.I.A. is the highest-finishing woman.

15. Black Beatles - Rae Sremmurd feat. Gucci Mane: This is a fun and catchy jam. Definitely my favorite song of Rae Sremmurd's. I am not crazy about most of their songs but this one really clicked for me. I really liked this enough to give it a #30 ranking and not mad with it coming this high. 14. WTF (Where They From) - Missy Elliott feat. Pharrell: Yesss, such a great comeback jam from Missy. She can really do no wrong. Love this song and it's just so fun and infectious. Not one of my very favorites from her but still got lots of love for this. I ranked this at #16.... so just two spots away from a perfect ranking. Ughh once again. 13. Super Bass - Nicki Minaj: Ugh noooo, not my #2 just missing the Top 10. There was no space for this to sneak into the Top 10? :'( Like wrip said, I am shocked to see this miss the Top 10 as I thought it would have made it in there. :( Ugh I absolutely LOVE this jam! It's so fun, catchy and classic Nicki. This is one of those songs I can listen to millions of times and never get tired of it. Lovee all of the other rankers who ranked this in their Top 5. Pleased that there are no Bottom 25 ranks for this too. 12. No Hands - Waka Flocka Flame feat. Roscoe Dash & Wale: LMAO woww I am such an outlier here with ranking this at #87. I know and get that this was a big song but I just simply never cared for this, as my ranking shows. 11. Otis - Jay-Z & Kanye West feat. Otis Redding: Oooh wow, two #1s for this but I totally get it. This is a really good jam from Jay-Z and Kanye and I really like it enough to rank it at #32. Again, it's not one of my very favorites from either of them but still like this well enough. I got the following numbers left: #3, 12, 15, 25, 34, 45, 47, 48, 50, 55 Ooof wow I feel like I did terrible with these results. But then again 2010s/2020s hip-hop isn't my favorite like from the 90s and 2000s. Well I am just hoping that either my #3, 12 or 15 can win it. Wouldn't be opposed to my #25 or #34 winning though not ideal either.

10. Savage - Megan Thee StallionBorn in San Antonio and raised in Houston, Megan Pete started out posting freestyles on social media. She went on to release several mixtapes and EPs before signing with 300 Entertainment. She scored a big hit in 2020 with the release of "Savage". The song topped the rap, R&B/Hip Hop, and Hot 100 charts, fueled in large part by a remix featuring Beyonce. The remix won Grammys for Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song, was nominated for Record Of The Year, and helped Megan win for Best New Artist. In 2020 Megan was shot in both feet by Tory Lanez. Lanez was convicted of three felony charges in connection to the shooting in 2022, and in 2023 he was sentenced to 10 years in prison. 9. Say So - Doja CatBorn in Los Angeles, Amala Dlamini started posting songs to SoundCloud. Her debut single "So High" led to her signing with RCA and Dr. Luke's Kemosabe label. She saw her greatest success starting with the 2020 release of the single "Say So". It topped the R&B/Hip Hop and Hot 100 charts, thanks in part to a remix featuring Nicki Minaj. It received Grammy nominations for Record Of The Year and Best Pop Solo Performance. It's also considered the comeback hit for producer Dr. Luke, who years earlier had faced multiple lawsuits from Kesha for sexual harassment and sexual assault, among other allegations. Both sides reached an out-of-court settlement in June 2023. 7. Bubblin - Anderson .PaakBorn in Oxnard, California, Brandon Paak Anderson started out producing as a teenager, taking on the name Breezy Lovejoy. His 2018 single "Bubblin" has been certified gold and won a Grammy for Best Rap Performance. Anderson .Paak is also one half of the duo NxWorries with producer Knxwledge. 10. Savage - Megan Thee Stallion: Well I hope 312999 is happy with this being the first song to show up of this Top 10 cause I'm not, lmao. I ranked this at #12 and was super sad I couldn't push it up into the Top 10. But I ranked it on lower there as it was the Megan solo version and not the Beyonce remix we were ranking. It would have made my Top 10 (possibly Top 6) if I considered ranking the remix. But yeah this is a fire, hot jam and Megan slays on this! Such a jam!
9. Say So - Doja Cat: Danggg..... now here goes my #3 and my last Top 10 song to show up. Dang, I was hoping this could have made it higher but.... I am glad that I was able to at least get one song in my Top 10 in the actual Top 10 as I know some others couldn't get that. So I'm grateful for that. But yeah this is another fun, catchy jam that I absolutely love. It introduced me to Doja and it's still up there as amongst one of my favorites from her.
8. Aston Martin Music - Rick Ross feat. Drake & Chrisette Michele: I wasn't too familiar with this song but I do like all artists involved in the song. I liked this enough to give it a #47. I guess it was one of my favorite new discoveries in this game. Maybe with more listens, this could grow some more on me.
7. Hood Gone Love It - Jay Rock feat. Kendrick Lamar: I was relooking over my notes and saw that this was my #48, not #58. This is another one of the many songs that was new to me and I wasn't familiar with but I liked what I heard. One of the better new discoveries for me on this rankdown.
6. Bubblin - Anderson .Paak: Oh okay yayy, I'm glad that the song that wasn't in my Top 50 just showed up and missed the Top 5. This is my #55. It's not a song I was familiar with but I liked it enough to give to put it around the middle of my list.
My remaining spots left: 15, 25, 34, 45, 50
Lol yeah this is not too good. But rooting for either my #15 or #25 to win it.

6. The Box - Roddy RicchStraight outta Compton, Rodrick Moore Jr. started rapping at an early age, and at age 12 performed for Kendrick Lamar. He built a following with the release of a couple mixtapes before hitting it big with his debut studio album, 2019's Please Excuse Me For Being Antisocial. The album's fourth single, "The Box", topped the rap, R&B/Hip Hop, and Hot 100 charts, and hit #1 in five other countries. 5. F**kin' Problems - A$AP RockyBorn and in Harlem, Rakim Mayers got his start in the business by joining the collective A$AP Mob. His biggest hit came in 2012 with the release of "F**kin' Problems". The single, featuring Drake, 2 Chainz, and Kendrick Lamar, peaked at #2 on the rap and R&B/Hip Hop charts and #8 on the Hot 100. Samples a previously unreleased song by Aaliyah titled "Don't Be Jealous" (which was later leaked as "Quit Hatin'") and contains an interpolation of "Shimmy Shimmy Ya" by Ol' Dirty Bastard. It received a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Song. Drake had originally recorded the song with 2 Chainz for his Nothing Was The Same album, but felt it didn't fit the album, so he ended up giving it to Kendrick Lamar. Lamar recorded his verses, but felt it wasn't a good fit for his album Good Kid, M.A.A.D City, so he gave it back to Drake. It finally ended up in the hands of A$AP Rocky, who kept all the verses while adding his own. A$AP Rocky is in a relationship with Rihanna, they have two children together.
