Interesting stat: Assuming "TEXAS HOLD 'EM" goes #1 next week, it would be the third song in the last year to debut at #2 and rise to #1 the following week, after "Try That in a Small Town" and "Lovin On Me". Not sure how many times it's happened in general, but three in a year is crazy to me.

Keep in mind kworb uses the version that's selling the most in iTunes. Taking that into account, remixes generally haven't become the charting version of the song recently the way it happened for Die for You and Levitating. Among those collaborations shown, Calm Down is the only one that wasn't the original release of the song.

Of course there are many straights who are liberals. I'd imagine there's many people of all races, political orientations (even mostly to the left), sexual orientations, and genders (though overwhelmingly men probably), who simply don't care.
