The remix is absolutely insane. The OG was already a great pop song on its own, but adding Brandy + Monica on this just shoots it into the stratosphere. This is incredible as a 3-piece and one of the best pop songs of the year now. The VOCALS. Insane. I'm so gagged every time I re-listen to it at just what a force this is.

I always thought the original was missing something, that it never really took off beyond being a good album track for me. The remix delivers that oomph it needed.

LOVING and living for the remix. I’m thrilled she brought Brandy and Monica in for this. I was 17 years old when their song came out, I was living in my first apartment and I remember recording it off the radio onto a cassette so I could replay it. I later bought the CD single when I had a bit more money to spend. :)

Interesting that there's an Urban and Rhythmic push but no R&B? Ari is bringing back the 90s though of songs that could chart at Pop/AC/HAC/Rhy/Urb/R&B

It's also smart to go hard with radio to lift this back up the Hot 100 even though the streaming is doing alright for a third single.
I don't think she needs a deluxe because "Supernatural" as the final single in late Summer/early Fall to coast into Wicked promo would just be a victory lap.

The fact she’s never had an Urban radio hit for any of her own music feels so surprising to an extent. It’s like the same story with Xtina. Just a dropped ball because there’s been plenty of opportunity.

I could’ve pictured any of the TUN & Position era singles (aside from POV) as moderate Urban radio hits at the least with correct push.

I didn't do an extensive dive in the Rhythmic/Urban forum for every thread, but I think I saw 'Dangerous Woman' went top 50 on Urban. '7 Rings' absolutely made top 50 there, and apparently 'Love Me Harder' got a decent amount of adds but failed to crack top 50.
