Madonna's "Material Girl" + Imanni Coppola's "Legend Of A Cowgirl" = Britney Spears "Brave New Girl"

Evanescence's Bring Me to Life and Christina Aguilera's Fighter (especially the opening part with the piano)
I agree with the Angel of Mine/All I Have to Give one.
Papa Roach's Last Resort and Trapt's Headstrong.

Papa Roach's Last Resort and Trapt's Headstrong. I like "Headstrong" much better. "Low" and "Losing Grip" may be the only one where I agree with the rest of the board that they sound alike.

The intros to "Drowning" ~ Backstreet Boys and "All or Nothing" ~ O-Town are almost identical.

I don't find much of a similarity here, but I noticed immediately that the guitar riffs in "Last Resort" are basically the same chords and rhythm as those used in Green Day's "Brainstew". The introduction to Chad Kroeger & Josey Scott's "Hero" reminded me of the intro of Metallica's "The Unforgiven".

I think Low and Losing Grip sound the same because the same drummer's on them (Josh Freese). That's probably not the case, but still interesting to note nonetheless.

Christina Aguilera's original version of Come On Over Baby (All I want is you) sounds a little similar to Summer Nights of Grease Soundtrack. But Christina's version is a little fast.

I mentioned it inTriple A but the new Pete Yorn song and 'Father And Son'. Which Pete Yorn song? I haven't heard the official word of his third single yet. "Crystal Village" is the latest I've heard of him. Sincerely, Noah Eaton

Aaliyah's "Don't Worry" sounds way too much like Toni Braxton's "Gimme Some." The bassline of Cyndi Lauper's "Primitive" sounds exactly like the bassline from Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean." "Undress" by Vanity sounds similar to Cameo's "Word Up." How about "Word Up" and "You Make Me Work" by Cameo "Fidelity" & "Encore" by Cheryl Lynn (same producers Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis" A trio of these songs by Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis with performers S.O.S. Band : Just Be Good To Me Just The Way You Like It Borrowed Love 112 "Only You" & Montell Jordan's "I Like" LL Cool J "Loungin (Remix)" & Shades "Tell Me (I'll Be Around)"

SWV - "When U Cry" Ashanti - "Rain On Me"
SWV's is vocally and musically superior and came out 6 years sooner.

The bridges of "Ladies" by Sarai and "What's Your Fantasy?" by Ludacris are very similar.

Hewy Lewis and the News - I wanna new drug and Ghostbusters Huey Lewis actually sued Ray Parker Jr over "Ghostbusters". They asked Huey to do the theme, and he sad no. So instead they did a total ripoff.

What about "Take It To The Limit" by the Eagles and "Nothin' To Hide" by Poco. The start of the songs last parts of the verses especially sound alike. The choruses don't sound much alike, however.
And I wholeheartedly agree with "Please Forgive Me" and "Amazed". When I first heard the latter on the radio, I swore it was a remake of the former, since back then, country remakes of Pop songs were all the rage.

Oh, absolutely. I laso thought Lonestar remade the BA song on the first listen, until the songs diverged on the chorus...

Two more come to mind: Janet Jackson's "Alright" and Karyn White's "The Way I Feel About You". You can sing either of them while listening to the other. However, Karyn's song is more tolerable, because it doesn't have those annoying whoops that Alright does throughout the song.

Madonna's "Amazing" from the Music album and... Madonna's "Beautiful Stranger." Both produced by William Orbit though, so I guess it makes sense.

The choruses of "Cry" by Mandy Moore and "When I Look To The Sky" by Train have very similar tunes.
