I searched for Mabel¿s threads and didn't get all of them. So is not working once again.

I knew that I was forgetting something. A report about this issue was submitted to ProBoards support.

I received a reply from Michael on Proboards Support, saying that the search reindex was done and the results should now be completely accurate. Once again, let's see for how long it works, although I hope it's more than the previous one.

There's still an ongoing issue with the threads that were created and posts that were made after the last reindex was submitted, which was yesterday. I have requested two (three with the one I've done some minutes ago) after I saw that the new threads and posts since the last reindex don't work using the search function, so let's hope that ProBoards Support could find the bug and this could be solve sooner.

I think the search feature isn't working again, new threads aren't showing up.

Actually, there have been issues with the search function since mid December. I filed a report to Proboards support early this year and they have been working on it since that. Michael, who is one of Proboards admin, replied to me that it should be working correctly now.

I believe all of the new threads created on the adds list release day in the Urban section are not showing up in search. I'm not sure if there's any older threads not showing up.

Apologies for the delay replying to you, but could you be more specific with the threads that aren't working for you?

Based on your post, I assume you mean the threads that were created every Tuesday (re: on the adds list release day). If this is the case, they are working unless I'm missing something. For example, the "Me or Sum" by Nardo Wick thread was created yesterday (January 18, 2022 at 6:49pm. ET), being this the information to search.

I used 'what to search' and 'where to search' with the word 'nardo' and the search function works perfectly as you could see below.

• Search for posts with at least the word nardo, made by Everybody, and display results as threads: link
• Search for posts where the thread title contains nardo, made by Everybody, and display results as threads: link

Another thread that was created yesterday (January 18, 2022 at 6:54pm. ET) was "True Love" by WizKid.

• pulsemusic.proboards.com/thread/209402/ (Title: WizKid featuring Tay Iwar & Projexx - "True Love")

I used 'what to search' and 'where to search' with the word 'wizkid' and the search function works too.

• Search for posts with at least the word wizkid, made by Everybody, and display results as threads: link

As an update, the forum has been reindexed and therefore the search function should be working again. Tested myself and looks good to go but if anyone else is having issues still please let us know.

CDT to be exact), so the threads and posts that were created and/or done since that day and time don't appear using the aforementioned function. I already filed a report to Proboards support about this, so I hope this is solved soon.

As an update, all the threads and posts that were created and/or done until yesterday (October 22) are working well with the search function, but there's an issue with the ones created today (October 23), so take this into consideration if you want to use the aforementioned function.

Just to give an update regarding the search function. ProBoards support has posted a statement about this issue, which you could read it here or below.

We are currently performing maintenance on the indexing servers which should resolve the issue of search not yielding the expected results and the need in some cases for more frequent reindexing.

We apologize for the inconvenience that the need for frequent reindexing has caused some forums and appreciate your understanding while we get this all sorted.

I can't find anything related to "Karol" from Jan 4th to Feb 10th so I guess the search funtion is failing again
