Um, how does this answer Mega's question? ![](http://yoursmiles.org/ssmile/fun/s0244.gif) LOL, he is asking what name Janet is going by now on pop radio. You know, like "Prince" or "The Artist Formerly Known As Prince". This has nothing to do with featured artists on a song... He was questioning if the chart had her name wrong and I think it's a similar situation to not crediting featured artists. Mediabase also does not list complete song titles for all songs.

Pop #33 (+1504) 22.761 Rhythm #54 (+324) 5.759 Hot AC #00 (+149) 1.4
29.9 million in audience. I guess it should debut somewhere in the top 40 of the Hot 100.

What I think is amazing is the support she's getting from the other formats. Does anyone have any debut predictions for the Debut of this song on the HOT 100?
I might also note its #75 in downloads on ITUNES.

It has 31.818 Million Audience Impressions from Mediabase and it has some ITunes sales points to add to it's total Hot 100 Audience.
My Prediction is #45

31 million in audience almost garantees you a top 40 debut. There's still 2 more days to go.

I think it is cool that more artists' of color are making "poppier" sounding music apart from R&B. For example:
Fefe Dobson's "Everything" Janet's "Just A Little While" Kimberley Locke's "8th World Wonder"

"Me Against The Music" gained over 2000 at one point. And Die Another Day was gaining in the 2000s also.

Janet's bullet has gone down and she's lost 4 stations.
Her total stations is down to 109. I guess whoever predicted a MATM like run is right. Pop (+1837)Is still the highest bullet here. Hot AC(+149) and it also lost 2 stations. Rhythm (+386) and it lost 6 stations. It still has one of the higest bullets here.

Kanye West revealed on TRL today that Virgin records would not be releasing a video for JALW and that his song is going to be the first single. As we all know JALW was produced by Dallas Austin.

I doubt a Viacom station, MTV, VH-1 or even BET would be to friendly towards a Janet video right now.
Has anyone tracked the Infinity radio stations airplay such as WBBM or KRBV and seen how they are dealling with this song (since Infinity is also a Viacom company).

They even aired the Black History Videos she did.

Kanye West revealed on TRL today that Virgin records would not be releasing a video for JALW and that his song is going to be the first single. Doesn't really matter on the pop chart... official single or not, "Just A Little While" is already a hit.

hmm I dont know what's going on, but JALW is pretty good, I don't mind it
but I haven't started to really hear it on radio yet, so...it's still in the early stages and if it were pulled, it wouldn't make a difference to me
I'd love to hear the Kanye produced song, though

I watched TRL and that is not what he said... He said that he produced the first single from the upcoming Janet album (period) not mention of JALW.
I called Virgin and they confrimed that JALW is indeed the one and only single currently from the new "the Janet Project"

Hey Adonis man.. you should change the topic title.. itsnot cancelled..Kanye aint Virgin. so until they release a statement saying its "cancelled" or have a new single.. JALW is it for me.

It would be ridiculous and counterproductive to release another song in "Just A Little While"s place.

Well if Ashanti and Beyonce and Outkast can have 50 songs out all at once I'm sure one more Janet song won't hurt any.

Virgin said JALW wasn't officially chosen as the first single, but with the way it's performing, I'm sure they wouldn't change it now
Kayne probably produced the song originally planned for the first single, and he just isn't aware of all the goings on at Virgin.. so yes, the topic that's it's canceled is very misleading
