The internet being what it is, I have no idea if you really are who you claim to be. However, IF you are, your behavior on this board (and elsewhere?) about this album has been stunningly unprofessional.

In a world in which professionalism and honorable behavior mattered, your career would be severely damaged by what you've done, because none of your peers, potential clients and employers would ever be able to trust you again.

However, we don't live in such a world, and I'm too much of a cynic to think you'll pay any price at all. I don't even believe in the truth of the old saying that what goes around comes around. But if, by chance, I'm wrong, then I hope what comes around to you is exactly what you deserve. And I don't mean good things.

yes Focus, swearing is a sin...but specifically taking the Lord's name in vain is the biggie... but to get personal for a sec, I'm a devote Christian myself and I swear like a sailor most of the time... doesn't mean I believe in God less.... it just means I have a potty mouth. Kelly's a good person....she's compassionate, generous, loving, and speaks openly about her faith....so on the scale of sins I think God might be willing to overlook Kelly saying s**t now and then *shrug*

There is a very distinct undercurrent of Kelly/Clay fan war in this thread that needs to be toned down. Keep it about the song, please, people.

Also, regarding Dr. Luke. He is a poster here, so he deserves to be treated respectfully. He's also a bit of a public figure, which means that a certain amount of who he is as a person is up for grabs in ways it wouldn't be for a regular poster. So there's a line we need to tread. Politely and calming stating that you don't believe it's professional for someone of his stature to be dogging out the song of a former co-worker on the internet is probably acceptable. Telling him he's not allowed to post here or insulting something he's written to "get back" at him is not. So please take a moment and think before you post.

I never knew Dr.. Luke posts on here! Since when? Suddenly i come here and he's been a member for a long time and people act like it's normal LOL. I just want to tell him congrats on 'U + Ur Hand' and 'Girlfriend'.

All this Kelly controversy is really reminding me of Christina Aguilera's 'Stripped' era. How she wanted 'Dirrty' and the record label didn't...then 'Dirrty' flopped and she released Beautfiul and it became a massive hit. I wonder if Kelly has something like that up her sleeves, because if she doesn't...it's going to be harder for her to get top ten hits.

Am i the only one that thinks its too soon for Kelly to be coming out all over again and maybe that's why Radio is being negative towards her? I mean yeah she was gone for a year, but was that really long enough considering ALL her singles were still getting strong airplay in 2006 and she was still the most played female of 2006 after also being the most played of 2005? Did they really think she would have the slightest chance of making it a hat trick? No way, impossible. If she would've saved all this for Late 2007/early 2008....i think radio would warmed up to her more. But it's too late now. I think she should just release this album and try harder with the 2nd single, and if then it doesn't work...she should just re-dissapear after her summer tour and call it an end and then comeback in 2009 with a 'U + Ur Hand' type song.

Pink had the same problem with her album 'Try This'. Radio was tired of her so they didn't touch her...then she did the smart thing by dissapearing and coming back with 'U + Ur Hand' (even though it took a while...but look where it is now). I know Mariah Carey, Madonna, and all of them used to release records every year in the 80s and 90s...but listeners these days get sick of people very FAST. Justin Timberlake, Usher, Alicia Keys, Christina Aguilera know how to disappear for a long while...and i think that makes listeners miss them more. Kelly should do this, because 'Never Again' feels like the 6th single from 'Breakaway'.

in pop 2 1/2 years between albums is like an enternity. Regardless of Kelly's prior success it time for her to release something new, esp when you hear constantly how tired people are of the old songs. Kelly shouldn't be penalized because radio won't let go of her old material IMO.

I know!! Actually, I don't see many Kelly fans talking up the conspiracy thing. I really don't believe there is one. A lot of unprofessional behavior by some of the key figures or insiders (and I don't mean Kelly) but I don't see a conspiracy to bring this record down.
