always going to write on every record. something she loves doing. wrote half this record. even ones she didnt write she's proud of. the original Suck demo is really different message. totally different story, went back to writers and said this wasn't the message she wants but digs what they're going for. "writers are very cool." gets a hand in the song to make sure it portrays her.

Ok....I broke down and listened to the Katy Perry songs Hook Up and Long Shot.

I really enjoy Hook Up and can see Kelly rockin that song, Long Shot not so much.

I am not into Katy Perry so I am not really familiar with her that much, but she reminds me of Linda Perry from 4 Non Blondes vocally on that Hook Up song.

Yay! Kelly's always going to have creative input into her albums, and it's nice to hear her talk about it. I wonder how many tracks are going to end up on the album.
