I love this song since I was a child, the hook stuck to me as I grew up and I heard it on the radio today after years! Hearing it today was a lot more exhilarating and visceral than before, because circumstances are now different. Don't you just love this song as well? :)

I adore this song. A simple but brilliant pop song. One of my favourites of 1997. :)

Loved it! 10 years later, it still sounds as great as it did then. One of my favourite songs of the 90's overall.

Fantastic song. The b-side, "Diving In The Deep End", is great too.

"He showed me what it was to cry."
This was actually a cover of an Ednaswap song.

I've never liked this song much. Always found it to be very overrated.

So glad this was #1 on Rick Dees' Top 80 of the 1990s countdown instead of that Donna Lewis crap (and did you notice that both artists' chart careers were very much alike - one gigantic hit, a minor hit that was overshadowed by the big one and then they were gone) Of course, Natalie did have a comeback hit in 2002 with "Wrong Impression", however, said comeback was less than stellar)

Only my favorite song of life! I became obsessed with music with this song. Thanks, Natalie . I was such a stan that I knew how to spell Imbruglia by heart in Grade 4.

(Stellar Soul Solution remixes for that) I still think Natalie had some great singles (regardless of their flop status) and Torn is definitely a classic from the 90's. It will be played til the end of time, prolly.
