Y'all, I just finished season 2 of the series, and while I didn't need a spoiler alert or anything, the ending made me almost as sad and mad as I was back then. Been jamming to her music for weeks and am still amazed at how good it all sounds today.

Hm… I don’t know how I feel about them using her vocals for new computerized songs. That feels like taking it a bit too far. But I don’t think we are really in a place to judge the family’s motives… I don’t think it’s about money it’s about continuing her legacy. Selena was such a hardworking hustler. I’d like to think she wouldn’t be resting either if she were still alive, and she’s definitely not “resting” now by choice. |
