name those singers or groups who never had a real hit..or those who use to be big and you think that deserve to top the charts again...

.Hilary Duff: if she came when the digital sales started to count more than the airplay she could have a couple top10 hits...something she never had...i think so yesterday, come clean, fly, wake up, with love and stranger totally deserved to be big...
.Lindsay Lohan: Rumors, Over and Confessions of a broken heart..all are great songs in my opinion with great videos too..if she had a better label..casablanca records!?..who knows that label please?..she totally deserves to be big..i hope she can make it sometime..
.Ashlee Simpson: the SNL incident happened a long time ago and people keep bashing her..and she has proved she can sing, write and also she can be a great performer..the chicago reviews totally prove it..
.Jessica Simpson: if she just find the right writers and producers for a single time in her life like she did with in this skin...
.Cheryl Cole: Fight For This Love and 3 Words are too of my favorite songs of this year.. america should totally give her a chance
.Girls Aloud: They are together since 2002 and are so big in UK..why don't give them a chance in the states?..after all..the 5 in the group sing in every album..not like pcd!..and they have some great songs like sound of the underground, life got cold, call the shots, biology, the promise and the loving kind
.LeToya: Torn, Obvious, Not Anymore, She Ain't Got and Regret.. I think she totally deserves to crossover from R&B and Urban to mainstream pop radio and prove matthew knowles that not only her daughter can be a successful destiny's child
.Ashley Roberts, Kimberly Wyatt, Jessica Sutta and Melody Thornton: would you dear robin antin let them sing sometime?..i just dream about see every of this four girl being at least more successful than nicole (not so hard to do but)...well..jessica already have two dance #1's behind her (her colaborations with paul van dik and dave aude)...
.Leighton Meester: Somebody To Love is an amazing song..and z100 added it when it came out..i think she can put out some great material and be a great performer (she said she dance too no?)
.Aubrey O'Day: please..i just want to see the sexiest danity kane being to show diddy that he was wrong when he let her out of the group..

Tamyra Gray- it would be nice for her to finally have a hit
It would be nice for Janet JAckson and Elton John (album or song) to have a hit again- at least one before it's totally over.

What an awful list!
Ashlee Simpson had her chance. Hilary's done fine so far. Most of these have had tons or a fair amount of success. The world doesn't revolve around pop radio, that's fo sho.

Vanessa Carlton and Michelle Branch!! Anyone here still remember them? If only Vanessa's "White Houses" was the big hit that it should have been. Michelle Branch has done pretty well for herself. She formed the duo, The Wreckers, and had a couple hits on country. Now she's trying the country thing solo, and I think that she could do well with a little luck.

PCD, The PCD as solo artists (minus Flopzinger), Jennifer Lopez, Jojo (which might actually happen with Timbaland's Lose Control), Christina Milian, OneRepublic, Chris Brown, Sean Paul, and i think Girlicious and the Paradiso Girls deserve at least some success...at least they all sing. Kerli is also amazing, as well as Saving Jane. And many many more...

I think it would be cool for Monica and Brandy to have at least have moderate success again. People seem to forget how popular they were. Plus, we need more talented R&B singers on radio. Hopefully, their next efforts are more successful than their last.

Basically all the great alternative acts out there that have done well but have not had *big* mainstream success in the US. I realize that they wouldn't be called "alternative" acts if they were widely popular, but I wish acts like MGMT, The White Stripes, Phoenix, Franz Ferdinand, Santogold, etc. were given a chance at big success.
