I was so drunk last night and completely flipped at the news. Happy New Years everyone! This year is certainly going to be another year of GaGa!

May 23rd is my birthday!!!!!!!!! Instead of getting it as a gift, my birthday activity will be going out and buying it. (And I'll be in Europe so I can get the European version)

WOW long wait! I think it's a good date though. There will probably be 2 singles before the album release then. Kind of like Katy did. |

I think i said somewhere here or another site, that IF 'BTW' is a ballad and first single, an uptempo song will probably be released in March-April. My prediction on that.
But i am personally glad it is coming in May. Gives time to release a single or two, finish the Monster Ball tour (while promoting BTW on the road), and get the image for BTW 100% "finished".

For me mainly cause it's a risky choice to not do something guarenteed to be a hit, like with RedOne. Also cause she said it's like the modern, gay version of "I Will Survive". Nothing about that sounds appealing, for me, to pop radio. |

As long as it's not a power ballad or details graphic gay sex she won't have a problem at Pop radio. Maybe even it is.

First of all, Elton John described it as the modern day "I Will Survive." I'm not sure if Lady GaGa ever said that herself. That also doesn't mean the song shares anything with IWS except perhaps its ability to unite and inspire the gay community. It could still sound very much like Lady GaGa.

No major single competition I think as of right now. Ke$ha's "Blow" is being released early February but it's a very weak single choice and I don't see it being competition unless BTW sucks. I don't think it matter who releases and BTW won't suck lol |
