It's only Wednesday. We don't normally get top 15 until Thursday, right? Who knows how Thanksgiving will change things, though.

YOUR BLACK FRIDAY TOP 15 (PLUS 3): Doing projections on Black Friday is like a blind man playing darts with his back to the board--things can land anywhere. Eminem, Katy Perry, and Lady Gaga, among others, are all on sale for $7 at Walmart and Target. Meanwhile, Amazon and Google are waging an online battle, with digital albums as low as $1.99, including Avicii, Ariana Grande, Fall Out Boy and Kanye West. This makes things a little difficult to pin down. One thing's for certain, though: One Direction will debut at #1. Here's how it looks going into Black Friday. 1. One Direction (SYCO/Columbia) 550-575k2. Eminem (Shady/Aftermath/Interscope) 180-190k3. Katy Perry (Capitol) 130-140k4. The Robertsons (EMI Nashville) 115-125k5. Lady Gaga (Interscope) 105-115k6. Kelly Clarkson (RCA) 90-100k7. Garth Brooks (Pearl) 80-90k (Walmart Exclusive) 8. Miley Cyrus (RCA) 80-90k9. Now 48 (UMe) 75-85k10. Justin Timberlake (RCA) 65-75k11. Drake (Young Money/Cash Money/Republic) 65-75k12. Luke Bryan (Capitol Nashville) 65-75k13. Florida Georgia Line (Republic Nashville) 50-60k14. Imagine Dragons (KidinaKorner/Interscope) 50-60k15. A Day To Remember (ADTR) 45-55k16. Susan Boyle (SYCO/Columbia) 40-50k17. Mary J. Blige (Verve) 40-50k18. Lorde (Lava/Republic) 40-50kYou may now resume your compulsive repurposing of leftover turkey and stuffing. See you at the gym on Monday? (11/30p)

Get that 100k Gaga and Kelly
I honestly think Kelly may sell past 100k. Currently #2 on iTunes.

I'm interested in seeing the increases for those digital albums that are on sale for $1.99.

If Kelly could get close to platinum let's say 700k by the end of December and Mary gold close to 500k then I'd be satisfied. Hopefully Kelly's will sell 1M by the next or following holiday season.

I honestly think Kelly may sell past 100k. Currently #2 on iTunes. FYE is pushing the crap out of "Wrapped in Red.." Kelly cardboard stand-up right at the front of the store (which they wouldn't sell me, btw), picture of the album on every TV screen. So here's where our Female Pop Superstars end up after this week, if the low ends of predictions hold up: 1. Katy Perry: 654,000 2. Miley Cyrus: 582,000 3. Lorde: 453,000 4. Lady Gaga: 409,000 5. Kelly Clarkson: 291,000 6. Britney Spears: 0

So, if that holds, fewer albums will top 100k for BF week than last year. And then, as the norm, sales will drop pretty big in the following week.

I'm guessing now Kelly will end the calendar year with 550k at a minimum with a chance at upwards of 700k depending on future sale prices on the album and how her upcoming promo does. She could end up with a bit over 300k after this week!
would be nice to see Eminem get 200k. He could finish the year with just under 2million.

She could end up with a bit over 300k after this week! Yeah hopefully! I read here on Pulse that 300k was a 'high end' prediction for the project for 2013, so it would be surprising to break that when December has only just started .

Keep in mind with Thanksgiving being so late, there is one less week of shopping. After this week, with estimates, Kelly stands at 300ish. BUT there are only three full weeks left in tracking period. Next week, everyone drops. That leaves two full weeks. (There are only two shopping days week of Xmas - Monday and Tuesday.) As long as Kelly continues to have hits and is relevant to music scene, this will be a solid annual seller. It's been a nice "bridge" project for her.

Wow, was not expecting Katy to have such a massive bump. I tried to get her CD at target and they all went pretty fast, so I'm not too incredibly shocked.

^I bought Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus and GaGa yesterday at Best Buy. $6.99. They had enough in stock.
Target had all three priced at $7 each.

LOL at all the hysteria that Interscope was going to lay off employees because GaGa's album was flopping.
Look:
2. Eminem (Shady/Aftermath/Interscope) 180-190k
5. Lady Gaga (Interscope) 105-115k
14. Imagine Dragons (KidinaKorner/Interscope) 50-60k
Interscope is going to do very well this Christmas.

Keep in mind that some of those totals will drop off dramatically next week.
And, on a related note- all the discounts and unknowns could throw off HITS' predictions. Would be interesting to see what HITS' BF projections were last year and where the numbers ended up. Anyone? :)

This is the best I can find:
WHEN BLACK FRIDAY COMES: Today's HITS album sales chart has just closed and we’re already peering into our crystal ball for next week, folks, thanks to one-day sales reports from those retailers around the country who haven’t succumbed to tryptophan shock. Heading into holiday weekend, our retail experts ask for your indulgence, with a greater than usual margin of error due to cranberry consumption. Look for Def Jam/IDJ chanteuse Rihanna’s Unapologetic to sell between 240-260k, her biggest debut ever, which is probably good enough to make her #1 next week. Atlantic’s Kid Rock takes advantage of his availability at iTunes for the first time with an estimate of 160-180k for his new, pro-Mitt Romney album, Rebel Soul. 19/Interscope American Idol winner Phillip Phillips’ The World from the Side of the Moon will bow with between 140-160k. Atlantic/Rhino’s Led Zeppelin CD/DVD Celebration, recorded at their much-ballyhooed reunion show at London’s 02 Arena in 2007, should do in the 90-100k range. Geffen diva Keyshia Cole’s Woman to Woman is on target for 75-85k, while 19/RCA Idol album Kelly Clarkson’s greatest hits compilation looks good for 45-50k. RCA Latin star Pitbull’s Global Warning should do 35-40k, while Capitol stalwart Coldplay’s Live 2012 CD/DVD will sell in the 30-35k range. (11/20p)
