I am so shocked this one makes top 5! I remember at one time it seemed like it was stalling severely a while in the 40's & 30's or so I thought? I'd look at the charts and think it would never even make top 20 to be honest. Pleasant surprise! Does anyone know when the last time a solo-female artist made top 5 finish on country radio? just curious? Or how long its been? "Smoke Break" by Carrie Underwood.

Um Cam "Burning House" feels completely ignored.

Does anyone know when the last time a solo-female artist made top 5 finish on country radio? just curious? Or how long its been? For non A-listers climbing on country radio takes forever but I originally thought it was gonna peak around the #16-#20 range until it started taking off in August/September-ish. I'm glad this did really well because I was afraid that another female solo artist was gonna go down the get one hit and then bye route (although "Whiskey" went top 25). The last time a female artist went top 5 was pretty recent, which was Cam's "Burning House" (#1 MB/#2 BB) about a month ago. Last year, we had Carrie Underwood's "Smoke Break", "Little Toy Guns", and "Something In The Water" and Kelsea Ballerini's "Love Me Like You Mean It" go top 5. I may be missing something because this is off the top of my head. Now Kelsea Ballerini's "Dibs" and Carrie's "Heartbeat" seem to be heading for the top 5 soon, but after that it doesn't look so good... Maren Morris' "My Church" probably will go top 5 and so will Carrie's future releases but that's gonna take a while.

"I Got The Boy's" Billboard Airplay peak is #6. It missed the #5 position by just 27k in total audience.
