LSB is not a viable single in any sense of the phrase.

Wow at Bruno having 2 songs at ~100M AI each! 5. BRUNO MARS - Just The Way You Are: 106.138 (+ 1.549) 6. BRUNO MARS - Grenade: 93.786 (+ 1.529) £ I don't think so When he says "~100M AI" that means "Around 100M AI", so no, he's right. He has two songs at about 100M AI. A tilde is also used to indicate “approximately equal to” (e.g. 1.902 ~= 2). This usage probably developed as a typed alternative to the libra symbol used for the same purpose in written mathematics, which is an equal sign (=) with the upper bar replaced by a bar with an upward hump or loop in the middle or, sometimes, a tilde. 106.138 ~= 100 93.786 ~= 100

I hope you guys know that over 2 million people owned Radar before it was even released as a single (1,000,000 had Blackout by this point. A ton of people had bought the single. And "Circus" had sales in excess of a million). "Radar" did not do phenomenally, but given all it's circumstances, it did well and a shit ton of people know it. z100 played it like crazy, too

^absolutely not. this will not be going to #1 with the other songs climbing by the artists who sing them. she is definitely not going 7 singles deep either This. There is no way that Katy Perry of all people will be doing 7 singles.. She is a strong singles artist, but not that strong to do 7 singles.. hahahah I think 6 singles will be as far as Katy gets

How come everyone acts as if Music of the Sun doesn't exist? There's a certain word we have to describe raunchy, smelly horse excrement, but I can't quite recall it at this moment.

I think a hidden track is one where you leave the CD in after the last song is over and after like 5-10 minutes the hidden track comes on. Why would anyone leave the CD running for 5-10 minutes after it was over? I think a hidden track is a track that's on the CD (at the end), but not labeled on the cover It could be either. Sometimes it's actually a part of the last labeled track and there's a few seconds to a few minutes of dead air before it starts. Sometimes it's just not labeled.

There's no template for a superstar now days. The Hot 100 shoud more than tell you that. Give Ciara some uptempos that have meaning and connect with a audience let her Bop in a video and she's good. One single to pop and One single to urban. Have the album DONE this time before putting out anything. If your not confident enough to feel that you have the songs to close your album then you can't expect the conumers to be confident. There would be nothing wrong with a pre album tour and a pre album EP. Chris spent his own money funding those mixtapes an grinded like his life depended on it. She also needs a performance somewhere big or something. The way Jive handled the pre Circus era was beyond amazing to me. She needs a documentary as well. Let people see why they loved you. From a #1 album to a #43 album is just but she can and will recover from it. Being a good dancer is not going to do s**t for you when you are putting out hookless nonsense like Gimme Dat Unless you're the Black Eyed Peas. Then you don't need hooks OR dancing skill.

it doesn't make any sense to release LFN right now. It's too much of a spring song, that commands you to roll down the windows and sing along. E.T. screams winter. I can almost imagine people being huddled in a car, with sub-zero temperatures, blasting E.T. while they turn up the heat. This is really a PMB thing though - I've just never heard anything from record labels, radio, artists, etc. talking about a "winter song" or a "spring song" - I could be wrong, but I can't imagine a song not doing well because it was released in the wrong season Song will do well regardless of season supposing the song is good, but if it fits a season it will do better in that season. "LFN" is definitely a summer song, "The One That Got Away" is is more of an Autumn song, etc

Before it's locked! I think Britney is not a threat for Gaga and vice versa. Both girls will be huge in 2011. agreed. britney is a shoe in platinum and gaga will be multi platinum and that is fine...just like in the beginning Britney was a shoe in multiplatinum while Madonna was constantly getting platinum albums...it runs it course. ...just so you know, it's "shoo-in" not "shoe in"

i did some calculations using the sales we know, estimating sales of other contenders such as "Only Girl" based on it's iTunes position each week, and the last given sales numbers, and it seems like "Raise Your Glass" will most definitely be #1 with Firework #2 (very close in points)
Katy might get it with streaming though. The estimations I came up with have these results:
#1. P!nk - Raise Your Glass 302,000 #2. Katy Perry - Firework 295,000

I love the ''Womanizer'', ''Circus'' and ''IUSA'' video's and, in my opinion, the ''Circus'' MV is her best music video to date. I think Radar is so-so but do what they were trying to do, which is getting everyone to watch animal porn. I love animal porn, and I still didn't like the Radar video. ps I don't actually like animal porn. It's a joke.

Robyn's music isn't as well suited for CHR/Pop as you all seem to think.
