The beginning of this song sounds like Glass Animals.

Really like this one, more than most of the original album. But it ends a bit abruptly.

They are all samey but this is definitely one of the worse songs on the album.

It’s really conflicting because I don’t hear any standouts other than Anti-Hero. In that sense, this is her worst album. But Anti-Hero might be her best song in more than a decade.

Sonically, I think this sounds like: What if Sunflower was a Bleachers song sung by Swift?

This is the first non-single that stood out after one listen of the album. It kind of reminds me of when Higher was a B-side.

Unfortunately I don’t hear any other pop friendly songs on the album other than this one. But this one is really, really good.

After almost two hours worth of repeat listen of "Anti-Hero", I think it is safe to say I think this song alone is better than her entire discography in the past 6 years.

Her best lead single since 2012?
Also best Jack Antonoff produced Swift song since Out of the Woods?

Melody sounds similar to Morgan Wade - Run.

Does this sound like Buddy Holly - Weezer?

They really do this sound well and not in a generic same-y way (which is kind of what I feel when I listen to Pale Waves or The Aces - which is fine but not as unique or memorable). Never change The 1975.

I heard the lyrics are actually about climate change?

Sounds like it follows their hit formula, which is always a good thing.

Would be better without the spoken bits at the end.

Overtakes The Chicks' "Gaslighter" as my favorite song that has "gaslight" in the lyrics.

I’m surprised Jack Antonoff is not involved in this.

Bon Iver, Vampire Weekend, baroque-pop Coldplay done in the style of Wilco, a wordier Bleachers track. Which does it most closely emulate?

Safe to say she has exceeded Lizzo’s popularity?

Shaping up to be my favorite song of hers. The riff at around 2:13 is really nice.
