Why are the updates so low today? We lost one pop station, and possibly a station or two on one of the other formats. I assume it would be that. |

I just don't get how you can say you have a least favorite #1 song when it requires you to have listened to all one-thousand-and-something-or-other #1's first, and then come up with a very recent song. I seriously doubt that anyone in this thread knows all 1000+ #1's.

It wasn't the "proper" lead single for their new album (which is "Paradise" out in September) so I think radio just used it to warm listeners up to hear Coldplay again. And it's already sold nearly a half-million downloads and generated a good deal of interest so in that case I think it's done its job. Great to see "I Wanna Go" gaining big again. It might be a slight stretch but hopefully it doesn't peak until the VMAs. |
