I hope she completely stops giving any f**ks about the charts and serves us Mary Jane Holland as a single/video. It gives me so much life right now. Meh that's one of her weaker songs on ARTPOP and she already did it better with "Heavy Metal Lover". |

I thought it was messy and dragged for too long as well but it has such a feel-good vibe and the dramatic 'myyyyyyyyyyyyy's and the bridge won me over over time. It's my 3rd favorite song on the album now. |

I don't see the similarities aside from both being very well produced songs, though. |

I'm thinking it's a new single (Temple?) or a DWUW/GUY combo video. Give the fans something for DWUW and make it a 2-part for a new single, presumably "G.U.Y.". Obviously with the ability to split them so GUY can have it's "own video"

I'm kind of hoping we get a G.U.Y. / Venus double feature. It's always been kind of a letdown for me that she has this interesting mythological/classic art theme going through these two songs, and then it's dropped the rest of the album. It would have been great to see a consistent theme of referencing that art throughout the album.
So she's the musical guest for Fallon's second episode of the Tonight Show. U2 is the first night's act, so they're really pushing heavy hitters for his early shows.

Yup, the first week is U2, Lady Gaga, Tim McGraw, Arcade Fire and Justin Timberlake. Guests include Michelle Obama, Jerry Seinfeld, Will Smith, Will Ferrell, Kristin Wiig and Bradley Cooper (and JT, I'm assuming). Should be a lot of people watching. "GUY"? "Venus"? "Gypsy"? I'd be really excited if it's "G.U.Y." (for video and performance) since we haven't seen a performance of that yet (have we?). I know what the Venus/Gypsy performances look like.

Wasn't she suppose to release a tour DVD for BTW Ball? I remember the televised premiere for it, but I could of sworn it was going to also be released to DVD. Maybe I just really wanted one, however either way, I really hope she decides to do one for "ARTPOP". Her messages, creative processes & thoughts needs to be out there for people to experience in more than just a CD/MP3 format. We also need visuals.

Are there enough decent quality clips on YouTube to watch the whole of the born this way ball? My stop was one of the ones canceled so I've been praying for a DVD - praying to Godga.

I honestly feel like this is a new single. Why are they being so secretive about it if it's not? Why aren't they releasing it to radio first and then filming the video if it's something from ARTPOP?
