^Remember she is doing all those shows at that theater that is closing in NYC. True. But even 1 show in Boston, like those shows sold out in minutes...

I'm going to the Boston show! Who else is there?!
BTW. Is there a confirmed opener for her tour?

I am re-looking at the artRAVE dates, how the hell is there only 1 show at MSG? She needs to add more because all the shows around me are sold out. Is she planning a 2nd leg of her North American tour in spring 2015 or something? She already has 7 shows in NYC plus the MSG show. That's at least 40,000 tickets sold right there. There's also a three week gap in June, some dates might be added around North America soon.

I wonder if her and her team actually have a new song that we have never heard before and they are keeping it under wraps until Jimmy Fallon.

I still think anything but Gypsy will be a huge bomb given the era has zero momentum right now. There's no guarantee that that inferior copy of 'The Edge of Glory' would be a hit, either. Besides, considering Gaga built her entire career on being weird and off-center, people clearly don't want "safe" from her. 'G.U.Y.' is the correct choice. Whatever, but it's not gonna be a hit telling you right now. I wish it were, but I'd say GUY has about a 5% chance at doing anything. Gypsy at least is more like 50/50 chance at being a hit. Everything else on the album is 0%.

Because she's filming/has filmed a video for 'G.U.Y.'

I think it'll be for GUY too and maybe the Venus thing will be something to tie the two videos together like an intro/outro thing.

Because she's filming/has filmed a video for 'G.U.Y.' OK, thanks bud.So G.U.Y. it is then.Hopefully the video comes relatively soon and it gets a radio push right away.

Is she planning a 2nd leg of her North American tour in spring 2015 or something? The month before she is playing 7 dates to about 21K people total...which is the equivalent of the capacity for the Garden. So between the Roseland dates and the 1 date at the Garden a month later, she is hitting the equivalent of 2 Garden dates. I am thinking that given the current state of affairs, that may be enough for NYC and this tour. You can still readily find tix on Ticketmaster for the MSG date, so probably not that wise to add another. The blue represents where tickets are available for the MSG show..its quite a bit: Attachment Deleted

She got the LOUDEST applause of anyone! A-p-p-l-a-u-s-e!! I noticed that too! And people say people are over her.... I wonder if Gaga and Joan Rivers met at all? I doubt it. Hasn't Gaga kinda trash-talked Fashion Police, hence the whole drama with Sharon Osbourne? Guarantee you that bitch was like "No, I'm not being photographed with these basic bitches"

I've feared that G.U.Y. might be to heavy sound-wise for CHR. It's definitely more like Zedd's non-radio single and remix work like Shave it Up or even Stache than it is Clarity/Stay the Night (which since Gaga picked him after hearing his BTW-era remixes, it makes sense) , but Animals is in the Top 30, so maybe she was a little bit ahead of the curve on ARTPOP and there is going to be a space for that sound.
If it's something new, I'll be excited, if it's a song on ARTPOP, I'll be excited. She just needs to perform the hell out of whatever it is. It might be her last chance to turn this era into a phoenix instead of a pile of ash.

98.7 Radio is tweeting that GaGa's label keeps changing their minds on the next single.
Venus, to GUY, back to Venus and now maybe MANGER! (Manicure)

Oye...so basically, she could perform a song tonight and have it not be the single? So maybe that video is GUY/Venus/Manicure and then can pick one to be the radio single?
What a mess. Hopefully she kills it tonight.

FWIW the Today show was playing Manicure this morning. I think they've played it before (as background music, they tend to play only radio singles)

Well the Billboard review did call Manicure the "obvious single" on the album. Maybe we're all misjudging it's hit potential? It is fun in a Just Dance type way. Could be what she needs I suppose. Certainly a better choice than Venus. Then again, a re-release of Judas would be a better choice than Venus.

I could only make it through the album once, but "Manicure" is the one (outside the singles and "Venus") that I remember liking. :shrugs:
Mostly I just want her to move on and record a new album. I'm not whining that she goes back to _____ or does more of _____ because I think she has good ideas in her own right, I just didn't like this album at all in spite of being a big fan of hers and loving her first three albums.
