I assume label did it's homework, got done research and they have some idea of what to do next. Whatever it is, the single NEEDS to be performed at Fallon. No time to waste opportunities! Get a good lyric video ready and go!! Sheesh!

I wonder if that means the video she filmed doesn't have her syncing to the lyrics and just doing whatever to leave it open for whatever song they choose to lay over the visuals? lol

Well, it's Gaga...does it really surprise you that she would troll us and perform 'Artpop'? Have we even heard that it may be the next single? I thought it was between 'G.U.Y.' and 'Venus'.

I love Artpop, but acoustic Artpop to me is basically like another performance of Dope. Throwing away a prime performance spot to let the era die even more and interest in her die as much as possible. I am not even interested in watching anymore really-she can get back to me when they finally choose a new single.

"ARTPOP" is basically acoustic already. Such a chill, laidback song. That's what makes it special, is the laidback vibe of it all. Going acoustic would make it not nearly as good, imo.

I think her performing ARTPOP would be the nail in the coffin for this era. Who cares if she is filming a music video when she isn't even performing the song she is promoting the music video for? Wasting a prime performance slot for a non-single is useless at this point. Hell, I would have rather had her do an interview than perform ARTPOP. I just don't get it Gaga...

Artpop's one of my favorites from the album, but why acoustic? The production is what makes it so good. If anything, it's the lyrics that drag the song down.

In my assessment of the potential singles from a month ago, Artpop was one of my top choices of what would make a good single albeit a dark horse one. It would be unexpected but I don't think it would be a terrible one, if it is that.
And an acoustic performance of it? Acoustic as in just on piano or as in with guitar? I kind of hope it's not just piano because she has a tendency to butcher piano-only performances by going to far with them but come to think of it, I don't think we've seen her do an acoustic guitar version of anything before? What an interesting twist.
Of course I'm just making all of this up based on the two words "artpop acoustic".

ARTPOP is one of my least favorite songs on the album but even if it wasn't I would still not agree with her performing it because it has no single potential. Waste of a promo spot. Oh Stefani...
