Pop Songs
*** No. 1 (1 week)*** "Stay With Me" Sam Smith
The onslaught of Sam Smith's "Stay With Me" rolls on, as the ballad rises 2-1 on Billboard's Pop Songs radio airplay chart. It's the latest takeover for the track, which leads Adult Contemporary for a second week after topping Adult Alternative Songs for six frames. It also crowned the all-format Radio Songs chart last week. Beyond airplay, the former U.K. No. 1 has ruled Digital Songs and On-Demand Songs for two weeks each and helped Smith dominate the Billboard Artist 100 chart for three weeks. Now the question is, after ranking at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 for two weeks, can "Stay" dethrone MAGIC!'s "Rude" this week? The answer Wednesday on Billboard.com.
