This is probably one of the weakest Hot 100 period in a long time, not speaking of quality because that's subjective and arguing about it will be running in circles, but in terms of the strength of the songs. The #1 in airplay is still Love Yourself which is on its way out of the top 10. Work stays at #1 despite weakening sales and airplay but with no other stronger contender to challenge it (and strong streaming), it managed to stay at #1 this long. Work's #1 run reminded me of Maroon Five's One More Night which was also #1 for 9 weeks, a song which I felt got lucky that there were no other stronger songs to dislodge it at the time (Gangnam Style was just too weak in airplay despite being a pop culture sensation at that time) I hope we can have a competitive and exciting chart coming soon. GS should've been #1 for 1 week at least, like 7 Years, which does have a chance if it can take over the AI Radio this week! But there is a song called Panda that is picking on it.

But they didn't add streaming then. Anyways, that will end this conversation. (Before we get more complaints)

1. Panda ( :'( ) 2. 7 Years (die already pls) 3. Work (bye bye) 4. NO (It's so catchy, still don't get it why it's so small in streaming :'( ) 5. I Took A Pill In Ibiza (this could go as high as it was with Tove Lo and "Stay High") 6. Work From Home (enough for this song) 7. One Dance (It's really huge on Spotify) 8. Pillowtalk (that chart run was pretty nice, now it's time for Like I Would) 9. Love Yourself (this needs to fall faster - boring song) 10. Cake By The Ocean (enough for this song)

Love Yourself (-2) X 9. My House (-2) ✓ 10. Me, Myself & I (=) ✓ 11. Stressed Out (=) X 12. Cake By The Ocean (=) ✓ 13. One Dance (+8) ✓ 14. Dangerous Woman (-1) ✓ 15. Never Forget You (=) ✓ 16. 5/10 for the top 10, 12/23 for the whole prediction. YAY! I actually got over half of my predictions correct!
The line of correct predictions from #13-#18 has to be my best ever (especially with the fact that I got DLMD's 5 position jump correct).

(Quick note: Forgive the double post, I prefer to have the AI update be a post only relating to the AI update) Credit to: www.kworb.net/airaio*** indicates that the song dropped or added a format ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- LOL at Work losing 3m+ again 7 Years is determined to be the one to dethrone Love Yourself Panda continues the great AI gains. And, for some reason, PILLOWTALK also is still getting great gains. :O

(Quick note: Forgive the double post, I prefer to have the AI update be a post only relating to the AI update) You should be fine. There is a difference between posting something and coming back an hour later and posting something else and
posting one random thought after another in succession.

Love Yourself will get 12 weeks at Airplay #1 it seems. 7 Years is still very far away, even though it's gaining massive gains as of late, and the fact that Company is flopping helped.

Lol at Uptown Funk gaining 2 Not really shocking when the competition is literally hundredths apart.

Lol at Uptown Funk gaining 2 Well, it finally seems to be slipping away from that 40 AI mark that it's been clinging to for the last few months. Though a lot of other songs are fading a lot faster still. Now watch as it finds some other way to get a surge in popularity that keeps it #1 on recurrent for the next 2 months or so. Also, as long as 7Y doesn't stall out in the next week or so, I'm thinking it's gonna be dethroning LY in a week or two on airplay. About damn time LY left that spot. It's been sitting there for months.

Cake By The Ocean WFH at 3? That seems like a really far reach it's way ahead of Work on worldwide YouTube (about 50% more streams) and about on par with Work on Spotify and it's way ahead on sales and will be almost caught up on airplay by Monday. Unless Work is getting a ton of streams from third party sources while WFH isn't (which is a plausible scenario I guess, from past experience), WFH should be ahead overall

Only US views matter. US Top 5 tracks on youtube for Fri-Sun(15/4-17/4) 1. Panda - 6.34M 2. Work - 4.41M 3. 7 Years - 2.67M 4. Low Life - 2.49M 5. Work from Home - 2.20M As you can see, Work has 2x views compared to WFM.

I figured that US views would be more or less proportional to worldwide views. idk where to get US views from. I don't understand it AT ALL how WFH has 50% more worldwide views but only half as many US views as the other song...

You will need basic programming skills to access the data). Work gets around 45% of its views from US but WFH gets around 16-17% from US... hence the descrapancy.

Where do you think Low Life will chart this week? It should jump a couple of spots as it is looking to get 15-16k points (last week it had 14k). So it should enter Top-20, but won't reach Top-15. Sales and Airplay really need to pick up.

This throws a wrench in pretty much all my predictions. Is there any site that compiles this data and keeps it updated?

Top 10 in 20 countries (so far), two of which it went #1 in. Worth It reached it the top ten in 13 countries with no #1s ETA: Whoops, WI reached #1 in Israel and Mexico

I've noticed how the chart points are higher further down the Hot 100 lately. Rarely do songs outside the top 10 exceed 20k points... and it's been happening a lot lately. Several in one week. So while the top of the chart may be weaker right now, it seems the points are just more spread out.
