I'm really looking forward to this film. Lady Gaga is such a talented person. It would be phenomenal if she got another Oscar nomination for it.

From the great film award predictor Sasha Stone Awards Daily Best Actress - Gaga Is Coming - Awardsdaily - The Oscars, the Films and everything in between. The story of Best Actress is not yet told because a big fish is still to be reeled in and that’s the highly anticipated performance of Lady Gaga in House of Gucci. From the two trailers she seems perfectly cast in this role. Here she is able to really camp it up, rather than tamp it down as she did with A Star is Born. Of course, it’s impossible to assess Oscar potential from trailers. The whole movie has to be seen. Ridley Scott is coming in hot with two movies with strong lead actresses – Jodie Comer in The Last Duel, and potentially Lady Gaga in House of Gucci. Anyway, watch this!!! ICONIC this was such a fun watch, I love how she pointed out things about the garments that I had never noticed before (like the fucking horse being made out of Chanel purses). in other news, A Star Is Born is still so good. I didn't cry at all when I saw it in theaters 3 years ago but something about watching it at home with a blanket got to me tonight. it's kind of cold and misty here and with the daylight savings too... I was just in a mood. Gaga is SO talented, cannot wait to see what she does with the Gucci movie. feels like she's a shoo-in for the role. she's going to KILL it, I know it! |

They'll have the first official premiere in London today + Graham Norton show and then she'll fly over to Italy to attend the premiere and a talk show. EXCITING TIMES!!!
