X isn't gonna do anything major for Rih's streaming numbers. Basically all of his features and songs after his death have flopped. (Don't Cry, Falling Down, Arms Around You, Bad)

I think OTR will get at least a few weeks at #1. The rest of the charts are super weak right now. I think Bad Guy will stabilize in the Top 10, as it's been going super strong on streaming since it's release.

Why some of y'all acting like this about to be the biggest song of all time? Cuz it's rise is pretty similar to Despacito, I don't think OTR is gonna be that BIG, but it's certainly gearing up to be a huge hit. Maybe 10+ weeks at #1, I mean at this rate nobody is around to stop it. We'll see what happens, but I think it's gonna be the biggest single of the year, it has that feel.

All of this hype could go away by next week for all we know. Someone can release at anytime and take the #1 spot instead. Of course, this could be a long running #1 too. But let's not compare this to Despacito's rise and run when it hasn't even hit #1 yet.

I'm saying the rise is similar to Despacito because it is, we can't compare runs yet but in like 10 weeks we'll come back to this conversation have a discussion.

All this hype with OTR made me realize how Tiktok is a big deal in the US now.

Let's also not forget Rihanna collabed multiple times with her physical abuser post abuse. Like... OK.

All this hype with OTR made me realize how Tiktok is a big deal in the US now. TikTok was already a big deal (but smaller) for several years. It was called Musical.ly.

It's super hyper off topic (but you started it) but I must add that Rihanna would NEVER release a song with Xxxtentacion. It would harm her current brand a lot and she's very smart business person. It wouldn't guarantee a hit either.

Someone posted that they'd be upset if Rihanna collaborated with XXX. I was pointing out that Rihanna already shocked us all by collaborating with Chris Brown, the man who physically abused her in 2009, so an XXX collab wouldn't be all that shocking.

Old Town Road is definitely spending double digit weeks at #1 once it gets there. Mark the words of whoever said it first - and mark my words too if you want.

It would be shocking. Rihanna has since been vocal about abuse and now understands what was going on with Chris Brown mores than she did back in the day. Abuse is hard, and sometimes finding the way out is not as obvious to the victim. So Rihanna making a song with Brown then does not mean she supports abusers or X. Can X's label stop trying to milk his dumb 15-yo fans now?

Why some of y'all acting like this about to be the biggest song of all time? You're right, it's no big deal, it's just OT Road's 2 versions combined still has 10 times lead on iTunes over #10, and is projected to break Nonstop's one-day spotify record. I'm pretty sure any song can do it or it's their ass.

I was pointing out that Rihanna already shocked us all by collaborating with Chris Brown, the man who physically abused her in 2009, so an XXX collab wouldn't be all that shocking. Rihanna was 19/20 when she was physically abused by Chris Brown. She was 23/24 when she briefly began "dating" Chris Brown again. For all intents and purposes she was a young, naive woman, emotionally tormented by the abuse she received but also mentally conflicted considering she was abused by a man of whom she "loved" and thought "loved" her. How many times have we heard and/or read stories about domestic abuse victims going back to their perpetrators before finally realising their mistakes, irrespective of how sooner or later that may be? This is: Basic Psychology 101. In 2019, Rihanna is a grown-ass 31 year old Woman who has matured significantly, is much more understanding of her abuse and is busy running an empire. So, yes... if she were to EVER collaborate with someone by the likes of XXX it would indeed be shocking. Like... Are you for real?

Anyway... According to Pitchfork, The Weeknd, Travis Scott, and SZA are set to be releasing a collaboration for the series finale of 'Game of Thrones', should be interesting to see how it'll impact the charts cause of the show's high viewership.

Do you think OTR could be 2019's Thrift Shop?

It is very possible that OTR starts getting 6 million streams per day updates on U.S. Spotify starting on Monday. Song is HUGE. My dad even likes it. It is a smash.

Its not breaking any Spotify records if the streams are split between two songs.

The Weeknd, Travis Scott, and SZA Okay, those three were the last person I had on mind when I think about Game of Thrones.

I was not at all speaking even remotely about her psychological health or literally anything you and chartdashian are talking about. I already know all of the things you both have said. I'm not a dumbass. My only point was that she's already done a shocking collaboration in the past that far exceeds any possible shocking collaboration she could ever do. If she can survive through that, she can survive through anything. That was my point and it wasn't any deeper than that.
