I'm gutted that the (awful) Bieber remix was released that week, should've waited a fortnight. I had no idea people actually use the word fortnight lol Well English isn't my mother tongue. I think people use it in the UK more still though? I've learned UK English at school.

"Talk You Out of It" rises 63-57, avoiding recurrency for a 25th week on the Hot 100.

So how long before the US discovers taste again? :sip2: Shouldn't Canada be included in this? Hasn't OTR been #1 there forever?

I know the situations for each song are different, but it's incredible when you look at all the major artists who have released new singles during Old Town Road's run and not been able to dethrone it: Taylor Swift Ed Sheeran Justin Bieber Shawn Mendes Cardi B Drake Post Malone Ariana Grande... It reads like a who's who of A-list Hot 100 artists from the last few years, all held back by Lil Nas X. Crazy. And why exactly is Camila not on this list?

There's probably some kind of curse against Luke Combs getting a top 20 hit.

Drake barely missed the crown for most chart entries.
He stands at 203 to Gleeβs 207, but should easily take this by the end of the year. I wouldnβt be shocked if itβs a guest credit on someone elseβs hit.

I'm actually thrilled to see Worth It in the top 50. I have liked the song since it started charting.

I'd expect anywhere from 3-5 more features from him to close out this year, so he'll probably pass Glee's record before 2020 like you said.

Thanks, bill.
"Old town Road" is No. 2 on On-Demand Streaming- was it still on top the prior week? (I know it was for Aug. 3, for a 16th week).

Just checked- OTR was No. 1 on the Aug. 10 chart. So, 17 weeks on top of On-Demand- shows it wasn't just a YouTube sensation.

There's probably some kind of curse against Luke Combs getting a top 20 hit. Completely irrelevant to the post but Masterpiece Theatre is one of my favourite albums of all time. I applaud your picture.
